Vandals break into St Albans school on two occasions

Vandals have twice broken into a primary school overnight and damaged equipment.

The first break-in took place at Aboyne Lodge School in Etna Road between 11.45pm on Thursday, November 16 and 12.17am on Friday, November 17, when one or more offenders got into the school and conducted a search.

Then on Monday, November 20, vandals broke into the school between 12.53am and 1.15am, and damaged storage units, computers and fire extinguisher.

Nothing was taken in either raid, and all lines of enquiry have been completed by police, although they will act on any new information which comes to light.
