Two woman were stabbed in a recent assault in St Albans.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened outside Ellis House in Charrington Place at about 11am on Sunday September 13, and involved four women.

A 33 year old from Epsom, a 42 year old from St Albans, an 18 year old from St Albans and a 33 year old from Coventry have been arrested as part of police inquiries and are currently on bail.

DC Dean Trollope is investigating and said: “I am keen to hear from anyone who was in the area and saw what happened to please contact me with information.

“I would also like to reassure residents that this appears to be a targeted incident.”
