Two police officers hospitalised after Wheathampstead crash

Two police officers have been hospitalised following a collision with a car.
At around 9am today (Thursday) a red Vauxhall Meriva collided with a police vehicle in Marford Road at the junction with Dyke Lane, Wheathampstead.
The two officers were injured as a result of the crash and treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
It is not believed the occupant(s) of the Vauxhall were injured.
