Trains through St Albans are still delayed after a passenger was taken ill this morning.
Services may be disrupted by 20 minutes on the St Albans Thameslink line until 2pm today.
The problems arose after a commuter was taken ill on the 7.22am train to Brighton between London St Pancras International and London Blackfriars.
While paramedics and rail staff helped the person involved, a large queue of trains built up behind the service - which was stranded for about 30 minutes.
Tickets are being accepted on all reasonable routes.
