TRAIN passengers have been left frustrated after realising that National Rail Enquiries is giving out travel information based on an old Thameslink timetable.
St Albans MP Anne Main has received numerous calls from passengers who have arrived at the train platform to find that they have been given the wrong timetable details.
The new timetable came into force this week and while First Capital Connect (FCC) is advertising the correct times on its website, National Rail has yet to update its system.
Mrs Main has been on the phone to FCC which has told her that the company has been pressing Network Rail to make the relevant changes.
In the meantime, the MP is urging all passengers to check the FCC website before travelling.
