THERE are widespread traffic problems across the district this morning due to an earlier accident on the M25.
Two lorries collided between J21a (St Albans) and J22 on the clockwise stretch of the motorway at around 6am and it is still causing long delays with congestion all the way back to J16 for the M40.
Vehicles are also queuing on the M10, the A414 and the A405, and there is heavier traffic than normal on many of the A roads in and around St Albans.
