The Conservative Club in Harpenden shut at the beginning of September due to cash-flow difficulties associated with the current financial climate, according to those involved.
A finance plan was drawn up by the club which the committee voted in favour of at its meeting on September 25 and it has now reopened.
The members club in Vaughan Road can also be hired out for public events.
Committee member Peter Mathews said things were already looking very positive for the club which celebrates its centenary this year.
