FIREFIGHTERS were called to a blaze involving three cars in St Albans this morning.

The fire in The Brambles, just off Prospect Road, began at around 1.40am and is being treated as accidental.

It was possibly caused by an electrical fault and no people were injured or involved.

Crews were at the scene for around 40 minutes extinguishing the fire and making the area safe.
