Firefighters rush to three car crash in Markyate

One person was taken to hospital after a three car smash in Markyate yesterday.

At about 9.20am, firefighters rushed to the A5 to a crash involving three cars, where one person was trapped by their injuries.

With the help of the East England Ambulance Service, the person was rescued and taken to hospital.
