Tristan Kavanagh: 21, of Francis Avenue, St Albans, was fined £500 and ordered to pay £85 costs after failing to attend unpaid community work on May 13 and 20, as ordered by West and Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on November 3 2015, and for failing to promptly notify the Department of Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances which would affect his entitlement to employment and support allowance, namely that he was working, between May 4 2014 and February 1 2016.

Richard O’Sullivan: 54, of Grosvenor Road, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £20 costs for failing to comply with a curfew imposed by St Albans magistrates’ court on May 25 and between June 4-14.

Nadia Hossen: 22, of Grosvenor Road, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 320 hours unpaid community work and ordered to pay £50 costs and £85 towards victim services, after using insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe they were at risk of immediate unlawful violence, in four incidents in St Albans on August 8 and 10, with two incidents of these being racially aggravated. She was also ordered to carry out a further 80 hours unpaid community work after stealing cash belonging to Sainsbury’s in Colney Fields, London Colney, between June 3 and July 1 2016.

Peter Carey: 53, of Oliver Close, Park Street, was fined £120 plus £80 compensation, £85 costs and 330 towards victim services, after using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a police office harassment, alarm or distress, in Elstree, Borehamwood, on July 2.

Anais Al-Abaidy: 19, of London Road, St Albans, was ordered to attend 25 days of rehabilitation sessions, was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 towards victim services, after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used, in St Albans on June 24.

Chantel Brinkley: 19, of London Road, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 260 hours unpaid community work, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 towards victim services, after two incidents of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used, one of which was racially aggravated, in St Albans on June 24.

Tacim Batit: 19, of WIllow Way, Radlett, was fined £100 plus £118.40 compensation, £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on July 2.

Tavin Charles: 23, of Cairns Close, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after being found in possession of a small deal bag of cannabis, a small amount of cocaine, and a small amount of amphetamine, in Watford on July 1.

Karen Neal: 33, of Cavan Drive, St Albans, was banned from driving for 32 months, ordered to have treatement for alcohol dependency for nine months, and was fined £80 plus £85 costs and £85 towards victim services, after giving a breath specimen of 127mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, in Sandpit Lane, St Albans, on June 27.

Jason Page: 26, of Branch Road, Park Street, was fined £440 plus £85 costs and £60.42 in vehicle excise tax back duty, after keeping an unlicensed Volkswagen Polo on Radlett Road, Radlett, on March 22 2016.

Michael Willis: 46, of Park Close, Markyate, was fined £220 plus £100 costs and £30 towards victim services for keeping an uninsured Toyota Corolla in Markyate on October 11.
