Kemi Howard: 27, of Hillcrest Road, Shenley, was fined £440 plus £244 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 66mph along the M25 between J18-17 when a 40mph temporary speed limit was in place, on November 16.

Nazia Khan: 20, of Pickford Hill, Harpenden, was fined £40 plus £70 costs after stealing non-food items worth £113.45 from Asda in Hatfield on July 19.
Anthony Lousada: 72, of Beechwood Park, Markyate, was fined £75 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding along the 20mph Bath Road, Woolhampton, Berks, on November 27.

Philippa Havard: 55, of Hopkins Crescent, Sandridge, was fined £30 plus £30 costs for stealing meat from Tesco in St Albans on July 5, and ready meals from BP Simply Foods in Hitchin on July 8.
Amelia Sookraj: 51, of North Avenue, Shenley, was fined £440 plus £129 costs for speeding at 71mph along the M25 between J20-19 when a 40mph speed limit was in place on January 20.
