Conceicao Teixeria: 42, of Runcie Close, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £85 towards costs and £30 towards victim services for keeping an unlicensed BMW 116D on a public road, namely The Ridgeway, St Albans, on April 25 2017.

Paul Higgs: 19, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of a small quantity of cannabis in St Albans on March 26.

Subhodip Gupta: 26, of Centaurus Square, Frogmore, was fined £100 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of a wrap of amphetamine in Hatfield on January 4, and was fined a further £140 plus eight penalty points for driving a VW Golf without insurance on the A414 Park Street, St Albans, on the same date.

Hubert Pabis: 40, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 30 months and fined £500 plus £85 costs and £50 towards victim services after driving a BMW 5 Series along Hatfield Road, St Albans, on March 24 having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath was 128mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath.

Edward Jones: 31, of High Oaks, St Albans, was fined £335 plus £30 towards victim services, and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending after driving a Ford Transit along Highfield Drive, St Albans, without a licence or insurance and without wearing a seat belt, on July 16.

John Read: 32, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending after driving a Ford Transit without insurance along Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, on April 1 2017.

Mark Pain: 49, of Curo Park, St Albans, was fined £160 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded four penalty points for speeding at 60mph in an Audi A6 along the M25 between J24-23 when a temporary 40mph speed limit was in place on August 11.

Paul Monaghan: 50, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, was committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £50 compensation after attending an address in London Colney between April 9-12 in breach of a restraining order imposed by West and Central Herts Magistrates Court on September 18.

Mark Weekes: 41, of Ladies Grove, St Albans, was fined £80 and ordered to pay £87.96 compensation after twice dishonestly using a bank card to make a gain in St Albans on September 29, and being in possession fo a wrap of heroin in St Albans on August 30.

Samantha Coles: 41, of Rainbow Close, Redbourn, was ordered to attend rehabilitation sessions for up to 25 days, was made subject to a restraining order until April 15 2020 and was fined £60 plus £250 costs and £85 towards victim services after assaulting three women and one man by beating and assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty in St Albans on November 28.

Simon Speer: 35, of Langley Grove, Sandridge, was committed to prison for 18 weeks and ordered to pay £32 compensation, £100 costs and £115 towards victim services after dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely a black Apple iPod Touch and a pair of RayBan sunglasses at St Albans on March 9, stealing two bottles of Jim Beam whiskey from the Co-op in Southdown Road, Harpenden, on April 9, and breaching a suspended sentence for stealing two power drills worth £250 from B&Q in Swallowffields, Welwyn Garden City, on December 7, dishonestly receiving stolen bank cards in WGC on December 7, using stolen Mastercard and Capital One credit cards to make a gain at the Esso Garage, Bridge Road East, WGC, and at Asda in Hatfield town centre, all on December 7.
