Constantin Balaw: 37, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £145 plus £3.30 compensation, £30 costs and £125 towards victim services after entering a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket, at Elstree and Borehamwood on October 31.
Simonica Ionut: 29, of Abbots Park, St Albans, was fined £145 plus £4 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Harpenden on September 27.
Paul Lee: 40, of Pickford Hill, Harpenden, was fined £180 plus £4 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Harpenden station on October 26.
Mark Robson: 47, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was fined £550 plus £4 compensation, £125 costs and £55 towards victim services after travelling on a railway without having previously paid his fare, at St Albans on October 6.
Sam Degnan: 30, of Harvey Road, London Colney, was fined £196 plus £150 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph in a Vauxhall Astra along the 30mph A4125 Eastbury Road, outside Manning Court, Watford, on April 25.
Linda Joyce: 69, of The Lawns, St Albans, was fined £128 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a Nissan Micra along the A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, St Albans, on September 1.
Arturas Karalevicius: 21, of Station Road, Smallford, was fined £1,100 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Volkswagen Passat without insurance and with an underinflated tyre, in Beaumont Avenue, St Albans, on August 26.
Fabricio Mortari: 29, of Lawrance Road, St Albans, was fined £330 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Honda WW 125 while using a handheld mobile phone in Beech Road, St Albans, on August 30.
Dave Richards: 56, of Drakes Drive, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Vauxhall Corsa without insurance in Hatfield Road, St Albans on August 23.
Jarrad Van Damme: 22, of Therfield Road, St Albans, was fined £1,100 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty point for riding a Suzuki off-road bike without insurance, protective headgear or a licence in Batchwood Drive, St Albans, on August 24.
Lee Wyatt: 39, of Newcome Road, Shenley, was fined £1,320 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after driving a Ford Transit with worn tyres and a cracked windscreen along Summerhouse Lane, Letchmore Heath, Radlett, on August 17.
