Costadino Costas: 38, of Park Street Lane, Park Street, was fined £320 plus £85 costs and £32 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding in a Range Rover at 39mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, north of Burydell Lane, on July 8.

Darren Knight: of Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after failing to identify the motorist driving his Vauxhall Vivaro when it was involved in speeding at 50mph along the 40mph A414 St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead, on July 15, as required by Herts Police at Stevenage on September 29.

Barrie Morgan: 55, of Shenley Hill, Radlett, was fined £166 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after driving his Mercedes Benz the wrong way down one-way Fore Street, Hertford, on July 14.

Sean Reeves: 30, of Ashwell Park, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding in a Honda CRV at 39mph along the 30mph B487 Redbourn Lane, east of Broad Oaks Close, Hatching Green, Harpenden, on July 14.

Adrian Woolmer: 38, of Tavistock Close, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding in a Peugeot Partner at 37mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, north of Burydell Lane, St Albans, on July 8.

Thomas Boylan: 25, of Oysterfields, St Albans, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services after driving a Volvo S60 around the A1081 roundabout at the J22 of the M25, London Colney, without insurance or an MOT, on April 9.

Kimberley Stock: 35 of The Crosspath, Radlett, was fined £110 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded five penalty points after driving a Nissan Qashqai without due care and attention in the car park opposite Lidl in Borehamwood on July 22.

Bin Goh: 71, of Hunters Ride, Bricket Wood, St Albans, was fined £256 plus £250 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after failing to identify the motorist driving his Renault Master MM3 when it was involved in an offence in Herts, as required by Herts Police on July 11.

Tarquin O’Malley: 45, of Colne Gardens, London Colney, was given a six months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 towards victim services after damaging a front door in London Colney on August 31.

Damian Castroda: 23, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was fined £220 plus £3.80 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after entering a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket, at St Albans on August 25.

Daisy Gregson: 25, of Camlet Way, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £5.05 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services, after entering a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket, en route near Radlett on June 14.

Sakilko Nishihara: 57, of Inkerman Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £11.80 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on September 1.

Crispen Saruchera: of Reed Close, London Colney, was fined £440 plus £85 costs, and ordered to pay £44.59 vehicle excise back duty after keeping an unlicensed Renault Clio on a public road on June 1.
