George Kallarackal: 37, of Oakwood Drive, St Albans, was fined £300 plus £62.50 vehicle excise back duty and £60 costs after keeping an unlicensed Peugeot 307 in Lorn Road, SW(, on October 29 2009.

Joel Hodes: 41, of Old Watford Road, Bricket Wood, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £37.50 vehicle excise back duty for keeping an unlicensed Nissan Qashqai on North Oribital Road, St Albans, on June 2.

Stuart Carrison: 37, of Betjeman Close, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £22.80 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after remaining in a reserved seat on a train without a valid ticket, en route to St Albans on August 10.

Naoual Moussaid: 22, of Bellfield Street, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans on August 18.

Frances Taylor: 31, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £25.50 compensation and £30 towards victim services after entering a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket, at Stevenage on April 8.

Howard Eames: 71, of Park Street, St Albans, was made subject to a restraining order until December 6 2018 and fined £916 plus £91 towards victim services and £85 costs after pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment by sending offensive text messages between November 10-13.

Perrie Rock: 20, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was fined £40 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of a small bag of cannabis in St Albans on November 22.

Matthew Dean: 32, of Tanners Close, Oysterfields, St Albans, was banned from driving for three years and fined £500 plus £85 costs and £50 towards victim services after refusing to provide a blood specimen at Watford on November 22.

Georgina MacKenzie: 25, of London Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £372 plus £85 costs and £37 towards victim services after giving a blood specimen of 129mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, when driving a Hyundai i10 on the A414 North Orbital Road at London Colney on July 23.

Tom Davies: 37, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £10 compensation, £85 costs and £10 towards victim services after stealing alcohol and food worth £33.70 from Budgens in St Albans on August 19.
