Catriona Armstrong: 32, of Wilstone Drive, St Albans, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £375 plus £500 costs and £37 towards victim services after giving a breath specimen of 57mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, when driving a Fiat 500 along Twyford Road, St Albans, on July 5.

Amy Taylor: 27, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was banned from driving for 23 months and fined £200 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after giving a breath specimen of 91mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, when driving a Peugeot 308 along Hill End Lane, St Albans, on October 27.

Irem Khan: 32, of Mortimer Crescent, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £250 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for refusing to disclose the identity of the motorist using her Land Rover when it was involved in speeding at 71mph on the M1 between 6A-7 when a temporary 50mph speed limit was in place on February 15, as ordered by Herts Police between February 28 and March 27.

George Barrett: 56, of Beeching Close, Harpenden, was fined £450 plus £85 costs and £45 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter without insurance on the A1(M) southbound between J7-6 at Stevenage on May 30.

Joe Cole: 27, of Cockle Way, Shenley, was fined £1,100 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Honda Civic without insurance, licence or an MOT in Shenley Road, Borehamwood, on May 30.

Nuno Barbosa: 27, of St Leonard’s Crescent, Sandridge, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Volkswagen Caddy while using a handheld mobile phone along the A1(M) southbound between J2-1 at South Mimms on May 29.

Brendon Frost: 40, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was fined £412 plus £85 costs and £41 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after driving a BMW X1 at 47mph along the 40mph A414 St Albans Road, south-west of Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on June 7.

Stella Harris: 87, of Common Lane, Radlett, was fined £146 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding in a Mercedes-Benz A Class at 50mph along the 40mph Theobald Street, south-east of Craigwell Avenue, Radlett, on June 4.

Aurora Mehmeti: 30, of Cockle Way, Shenley, was fined £293 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded four penalty points after speeding in a Vauxhall Astra at 41mph along the 30mph A5135 Elstree Way, east of Manor Way, Borehamwood, on June 3.

Lionel Mullender: 33, of Antonine Gate, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his Volkswagen Passat when it was involved in speeding at 67mph along the M25 between J23-24 when a temporary 50mph speed limit was in place on June 29, as required by Herts police at Stevenage between July 24 and August 20.

Alexandru Rosu: 26, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was fined £880 plus £170 costs and £96 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Ford Focus without insurance or a licence in Leyton Road, Harpenden, on May 30.

Karla Hughes: 38, of Longfield Road, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph in a Vauxhall Astra along 30mph Lower Luton Road, Wheathampstead, on May 18.

Oliver Martin: 33, of Gleneagle Manor, Harpendne, was fined £400 plus £150 compensation, £85 costs and £40 towards victim services after assaulting two men by beating in Harpenden on September 27, and was fined a further £260 for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, on the same date.

Mark Alyson: 46, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was ordered to pay £98.65 compensation and £85 costs after stealing meat worth £100 from Budgens in St Albans on May 29, and red wine worth £8.65 from the same store on July 16.

Carly McDonnell: 30, of Jodies Court, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £30 towards victim services and £85 costs after stealing two bottles of alcohol from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on August 13, and three boxes of wine and nine sandwiches worth £57.55 from Tesco in St Albans on September 18, and was fined a further £40 for failing to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on October 10.
