Victoria Saben: 35, of High Street, Sandridge, was ordered to pay £90 compensation and £50 costs after dishonestly making off without paying for food and alcoholic drinks at London Colney on September 17.
Donna Bozier: 32, of Richard Stagg Close, St Albans, was ordered to pay £50 compensation after stealing an Alcatel Pixie One Touch tablet at CeX in Hatfield Galleria on June 3.
Brian Sheaf: 61, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was fiend £115 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after using violence to secure his entry into premises, knowing there was someone present who was opposed to said entry, on August 16 at Borehamwood.
Stephen Marks: 25, of Harvey Road, St Albans, was given a nine month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £75 compensaiton after damaging a window at London Colney on October 7.
Mark Weekes: 40, of Therfield Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for 28 weeks and ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 towards victim services after failing to notify police of a change of address within three days under the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, at Hatfield on September 30, and breaching a suspended sentence for failing to register an address with police within three days of release from custody under the same act, between July 19 and 21.
Richard O’Sullivan: 54, of Grimthorpe Close, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, in St Albans on July 10.
Renata Peter: 42, of House Lane, St Albans, was fined £105 plus £24.59 vehicle excise back duty and £85 costs for driving an unlicensed Peugeot 206 along the North Orbital Road at St Albans on April 26.
Ciprian Bica: 30, of Batford Road, Harpenden, was fined £50 plus £4.50 compensation, £80 costs and £30 towards victim services after entering a train without a valid ticket for travel, en route near Harpenden on June 23.
Anthony Dunne: 21, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £18.20 compensation, £145 costs and £30 towards victim services after entering a train without a valid ticket for travel, en route near Harpenden on June 1 and again on June 7.
Conner Graham: 19, of Nicholas Close, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £7.40 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Harpenden station on June 1.
Peter Mangu: 31, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £11.80 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Radlett station on June 30.
Praxedes Munala: 36, of Tallents Crescent, Harpenden, was fined £50 plus £14.20 compensation, £60 costs and £30 victim services, after travelling on a railway without having previously paid her fare, en route near St Albans station on July 2.
Marius Radu: 28, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £145 plus £3.30 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services, after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Radlett station on June 8.
Neda Laben: 28, of Cavan Drive, St Albans, was fined £880 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and awarded six penalty points after driving a Volkswagen Golf without insurance on the A1081 at Harpenden on April 17.
Elizabeth Cash: 28, of Hilltop, Redbourn, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and awarded six penalty points after driving a Vauxhall Astra along Clarendon Road, Watford, while using a handheld mobile phone, on April 12.
Gary Kilduff: 29, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £85 costs and £40 towards victim services and was awarded three penalty points for driving a Ford Transit at 50mph along the 40mph A4147 Hemel Hempstead Road, west of Blackwater Lane, Hemel Hempstead, on April 24.
Amy Starks: 29, of Abbots Avenue West, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded four penalty points for speeding in a Peugeot 206 at 43mph along the 30mph A4147 Maylands Avenue, south of Eaton Road, Hemel Hempstead, on April 15.
Darren Wilkinson: 52, of Alsop Close, London Colney, was fined £466 plus £85 costs and £35 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Mercedes Benz CLK without insurance or a licence, in Halsey Park, London Colney on April 25.
