Anthony Eacope: 51, of Tassell Hall, Redbourn, was made subject to a curfew from 7pm-7am daily until April 27, and ordered to pay £485 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used, towards St Albans council workers in St Albans on June 29.
Amy Golding: 22, of Folly Lane, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £650 costs after obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty, at St Albans on September 9.
Stewart McGregor: 37, of Newsom Place, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 175 hours unpaid community work and pay £235 costs after breaching a restraining order imposed by West and Central Herts magistrates’ court on January 26, in St Albans on March 1.

Max Matthew: 21, of Hazelwood Drive, St Albans, was fined £140 plus £115 costs after being found in possession of a bag of cannabis in St Albans on January 12.
Mark Robson: 46, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was fined £70 plus £115 costs and committed to prison for four months suspended for 12 months, after breaching a criminal behaviour order made by West and Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on November 7, and commissioning a further offence during a previous suspended sentence made on September 15. He was also fined £330 plus £9.70 compensation and £155 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Hatfield station on September 19.
Tom Smith: 22, of Monks Close, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £2.70 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Hatfield station on October 20.
James Turner: 32, of Craigwell Avenue, Radlett, was fined £150 plus £157.47 costs after fishing without a licence in Willow Lakes, London Colney, on August 13.
Nyarai Garande: 41, of Tassell Hall, Redbourn, was fined £360 plus £121 costs after driving without insurance in Camp Road, St Albans. There was no endorsement as she had been misled by the insurance company.
Eliot Sinfield: 29, of Wheat Close, Sandridge, was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £105 costs after being found in possession of a rolled-up joint of cannabis in St Albans on January 12.
Oife Gratte: 18, of Radlett Road, Radlett, was fined £40 plus £8.10 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Elstree and Borehamwood on January 3.

Dawn Martin: 51, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £115 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, in St Albans, on February 15.
Jitendra Mistry: 57, of Cragg Avenue, Radlett, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, after failing to identify the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Stevenage between June 10 and July 7.
Kasim Nazar: 22, of Vesta Avenue, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £880 plus £151 costs for driving without insurance or a licence on the A405 St Albans Road, Park Street, on May 17.
Helder Do Rosario Pao: 29, of Watling View, St Albans, was banned from driving for 15 months and fiend £280 plus £115 costs after driving under the influence of cannabis, in St Albans on December 8.
Darren Watson: 47, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid community work, pay £300.17 compensation and £170 costs after trespassing at Simmons the Bakers, London Colney, and stealing £300.17 worth of goods, on February 16.
