Kellie Slater: 33, of New Kent Road, St Albans, was fined £48 plus £80 costs after stealing a coat from Marks & Spencer in Hemel Hempstead on February 19, and dress jewellery from Claire’s Accessories in Hemel on the same date.

Harry Ventham: 26, of Bricket Wood Common, Bricket Wood, was fined £130 plus £19 compensation and £115 costs after stealing bottles of wine from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on February 25, 28 and March 16.

Simon Speer: 34, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £115 costs after using a Halifax credit card to make unauthorised purchases in St Albans on January 27.

David Walker: 28, of Beech Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 26 months and fined £846 plus £169 costs after giving a breath specimen of 97mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, in Ridgemont Road, St Albans on March 20.

Jonathan Donohue: 29, of Brook Court, Radlett, was banned from driving for 19 months and fined £750 plus £160 costs after giving a breath specimen of 73mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Watling Street, Radlett, on March 13.

Felix Hull: 19, of Seymour Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £50 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 72mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Mercers Row, St Albans, on March 27.

Mark Weekes: 40, of Therfield Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for 16 weeks and ordered to pay £115 costs after wilfully and persistently refusing to notify the police of a change of address within three days, contrary to the Sexual Offences Act 2003, at Hatfield on March 19.

David Emmett: 48, of Watson Avenue, St Albans, was fined £230 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving without insurance on the B656 Codicote Road, Welwyn, on April 30.

Faye Moskal: 36, of Creighton Avenue, St Albans, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £120 plus £115 costs after driving under the influence of cocaine, in Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead on December 25.

Mohammed Rakin: 20, of Dellfield, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid community work, was banned from driving for 12 months, and was fined £180 ordered to pay £170 costs after driving while disqualified in Cavendish Way, Hatfield, on March 5, failing to stop when required to by a police constable in uniform, driving without insurance and being in possession of a small bag of cannabis, and for failing to take steps to cancel a wrongful credit of £1,130 made to his Halifax bank account between October 27-30 2015.

Salah Bader: 36, of Bowling Close, Harpenden, was fined £153 plus £115 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 60mph along the 30mph Warners End Road, Hemel Hempstead, on August 30.

Delroy Hughes: 37, of Grindcobbe, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points after failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, between October 24 and November 20 at Stevenage.

Simon Patnick: 46, of Goodyers Avenue, Radlett, was fined £22 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 48mph along the 40mph Theobald Street, Radlett, on September 11.

Paul Smith: 81, of Robert Avenue, St Albans, was fined £227 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, St Albans, on September 10.

David Barralet: 23, of Mountbatten Close, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending and fined £880 plus £151 costs after driving without insurance or a licence in Camp Road, St Albans, on August 3.

Phillip Carrol: 51, of Cowper Road, Markyate, was fined £400 plus £125 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving at 97mph along the 70mph M1 at Elstree on August 4.

Grace Cheesman: 28, of Canberra Close, St Albans, was fined £70 plus £30 costs and awarded six penalty points after speeding in excess of 40mph along the A602 Broadhall Way, Stevenage, on June 10.
