Dean Taylor: 26, of Rowan Close, Bricket Wood, was fined £80 plus £115 costs after being found in possession of two bags of cannabis in Watford on December 28.

Kelly O’Beirne: 31, of Coombes Road, London Colney, was fined £80 plus £30 costs for attempting to steal an Omron blood pressure monitor worth £115.99 from Boots in Berkhamsted on February 1.

Keith Lark: 23, of Tyttenhanger Green, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £9.70 compensation and £155 costs after entering a train without a valid ticket for travel, at Potters Bar on August 9.

Tyron Cunningham: 20, of Lycaste Close, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £170 costs after breaching a restraining order imposed by West and Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on December 4 2015, in St Albans on November 27.

Peter McDonagh: 28, of Watling Street caravan site, Park Street, was fined £120 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points after refusing to identify the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, in Stevenage between July 5 and August 1, and was then banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending and fined a further £120 for the same offence in Stevenage between the same dates.

Mason Barnsdale: 22, of Arthur Road, St Albans, was made subject to a restraining order until February 9 2018, and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £70 costs after pursuing a course of harassment involving a number of unwanted phone calls between January 7-12 at St Albans.

Paul Freeman: 56, of Tallents Crescent, Harpenden, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £75 compensation and £105 costs after assaulting a woman by beating in Harpenden on October 25.

Pamela Couchman: 53, of Tassell Hall, Redbourn, was fined £40 plus £50 compensation and £170 costs after assaulting two men and a woman by beating in St Albans and Redbourn on January 12,13 and 14.

Adam Jacobs: 34, of Five Acres, London Colney, was fined £120 plus £115 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress, in London Colney on October 14.

Allal Hmidouche: 28, of Marshall Avenue, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 200 hours unpaid community work, pay £400 compensation and £170 costs, was banned from keeping a dog for a period of two years, and was ordered to have his Japanese akita dog Major destroyed, after it was dangerously out of control and injured two children in St Albans on March 3 and May 15 2015.

Benaissa Hmidouche: 49, of Marshall Avenue, St Albans, was fined £200, and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £170 costs, banned from keeping a dog for a period of two years, and was ordered to have his Japanese akita dog Major destroyed, after it was dangerously out of control and injured a child in St Albans on May 15 2015.

Rizwan Afzal: 21, of Roland Street, St Albans, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £250 plus £115 costs after driving while under the influence of cannabis, in the Morrisons car park, Hatfield Road, St Albans, on December 12.

Jennifer Richardson: 44, of Norris Close, London Colney, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £120 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 59mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Comet Way, Hatfield, on January 26.

Elton Bierman: 40, of Yewtree End, Park Street, was fined £200 plus £70 compensation and £115 costs after stealing whiskey from Waitrose in Harpenden on January 11 and 20.

Craig Lawrence: 39, of Jubilee Avenue, London Colney, was fined £700 plus £155 costs after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on January 29.

Martin Harcarik: 31, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £465 plus £440 compensation and £131 costs for stealing bank notes belonging to TM Lewin Ltd in St Albans on November 30, and was ordered to pay a further £765 compensation for stealing bank notes from TM Lewin Ltd in Cambridge on December 3 and 4.

Paddy Millar: 19, of Shottfield Close, Sandridge, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £120 plus £115 costs after driving under the influence of cocaine and cannabis, in The Ridgeway, St Albans, on December 29.
