Daniel Frame: 36, of Dellfield, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 60 hours unpaid community work and pay £40 plus £115 costs after being found in possession of a bag of cannabis in St Albans on November 7.

Nadia Hossen: 22, of Grosvenor Road, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 60 hours unpaid community worth and pay £1,200 compensation after stealing cash from Sainsbury’s Stores in London Colney between June 3 and July 1.

Edward Little: 19, of Chiltern Road, St Albans, was fined £320 plus £115 costs after being found in possession of a small amount of cannabis, being drunk and disorderly in St Leonard’s Court, Sandridge, and resisting a constable in the execution of his duty on December 27.

Christopher Joseph: 39, of Elder Close, Park Street, was ordered to carry out 160 hours unpaid community work, have treatment for drug dependency for nine months, and pay £500 compensation and £170 costs after stealing mobile phones worth £2,100 from DPD in St Albans between September 22-26, and producing four cannabis plants in Park Street on August 14.

Kellie Puddephatt: 26, of Wiltshire Avenue, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £105 costs for assaulting a police detention officer at Hatfield on December 26.

Tariq Danba: 26, of London Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £120 plus £30 costs after giving a breath specimen of 52mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Victoria Street, St Albans, on December 25.

Myles Cash: 32, of Ver Meadows, Redbourn, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving without insurance in Station Road, Kings Langley, on May 19.

Jean Butler: 71, of Chesterton Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph B462 Aldenham Road at Bushey on June 24.

Jakaria Chowdhury: 26, of Wingate Way, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 51mph along the 40mph A414 St Albans Road at Hemel Hempstead on June 14.

Alexander Collins: 43, of Salisbury Road, Harpenden, was fined £80 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on June 22.

George Farlington: 54, of Park Street, Frogmore, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to dlsclose the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence in Stevenage between July 21 and August 17.

John Loach: 59, of Hunters Ride, Bricket Wood, was fined £146 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph Howlands, Welwyn Garden City, on July 4.

Eric Jones: 46, of Hawkesmoor, Shenley, was fined £80 plus £70.50 compensation and £105 costs after stealing fragrance items worth £143.50 from Debenhams in Borehamwood on December 17.

Charles Lark: 23, of Tyttenhanger Green, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £8.60 compensation and £155 costs after travelling on a train without a valid ticket, en route near St Albans station on October 29.

Danielle Gardner: 38, of Spencer Street, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £115 costs after causing someone to open the door of a BMW M3 on Verulam Road, St Albans, with intent to injure or endanger a person, on August 17.
