Michelle Hunt: 25, of High Oaks, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £50 compensation and £115 costs for assaulting a police constable in the execution of her duty, fined £40 plus £4.99 compensation for stealing two bottles of wine from the Co-op in St Albans and fined £40 for being drunk and disorderly in High Oaks, St Albans, both on the same date.

Savanna Banks: 19, of Nurseries Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on March 25.

Hassan Choudhury: 36, of Mortimer Crescent, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points after failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, between April 14 and May 11 at Stevenage.

Jason Hudson: 45, of Robins Close, London Colney, was fined £454 plus £130 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 66mph along the M25 between J22-21A, when a 40mph temporary speed limit was in place on March 23.

Ian Loffler: 35, of Ryder Seed Mews, St Albans, was fined £236 plus £108 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 77mph when a temporary 50mph speed limit was in place on the M25 between J20-19, on March 30.

Ioana Magdici: 41, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £293 plus £114 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 69mph along 40mph Theobald Street, Radlett, on March 27.

Marta O’Donoghue: 36, of Halsey Park, London Colney, was fined £146 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 49mph along the M25 between J18-17 when a 40mph temporary speed limit was in place on March 24.

Dewald Potgieter: 36, of Holts Meadow, Redbourn, was fined £369 plus £121 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 40mph along the 30mph A4147 Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on March 28.

Jordan Warshawsky: 19, of Willow Way, St Albans, was fined £90 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 52mph along 40mph Theobald Street, Radlett, on March 28.

Jamie Dickinson: 26, of Park Lane, London Colney, was banned from driving for six months, and fined £153 plus £105 costs after speeding at 50mph along the M25 motorway between J20-19 when a 40mph temporary speed limit was in place on January 21.

Mark Weekes: 39, of Therfield Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for 22 weeks and ordered to pay £115 costs after failing to notify police of a change of address within three days under the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, from May 30 at Hatfield, and failing to surrender to custody at St Albans magistrates court on September 19.
