Mark Robson: 46, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was committed to prison for four months suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £115 costs after handling stolen goods, namely female clothing, in Radlett between July 14-26, using and handling stolen debit cards to purchase goods to a value of £42.83 in Radlett on July 7 and £16.05 in Borehamwood on September 8.

Eric Jones: 46, of Harris Lane, Shenley, was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £2 compensation and £20 costs after stealing bicarbonate soda worth £2 from the Co-op in Borehamwood on June 13.

Deryck Taylor: 62, of Telford Road, London Colney, was banned from driving for 26 months, and ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid community work and pay £170 costs after giving a breath specimen of 107mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Marlborough Road, St Albans, on September 14.

Katie Norris: 32, of Sleapshyde Lane, Smallford, was fined £120 plus £105 costs for driving without insurance in Cottonmill Crescent, St Albans, on December 6.

Farrah Hall: 40, of Halsey Park, London Colney, was fined £200 plus £50 compensation and £105 costs after assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty in St Albans on August 14.

Daniel Leonard: 24, of Lilac Way, Harpenden, was fined £40 plus £30 costs after breaching a restraining order imposed by West Herts magistrates court on March 24, at Harpenden on September 18.

Ricky Bedford: 20, of Lavender Crescent, St Albans, was ordered to pay £100 compensation and £200 costs after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on July 4, and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, in St Albans on September 1.

Kate Davies: 24, of London Road, Shenley, was fined £215 plus £106 costs and awarded six penalty points after speeding at 112mph along the 70mph A414 in St Albans on February 29.

Andrew Hoyte: 44, of Springfield Crescent, Harpenden, was fined 377 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after driving over solid white lines at Oldings Corner, Comet Way, Hitchin, on February 24.

Christopher Kelly: 24, of Newlands Avenue, Radlett, was fined £322 plus £117 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 85mph along the M25 between J24-23 when a 50mph temporary speed limit was in place on March 6.

Jean Mamoun: 43, of Manor Road, London Colney, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points after driving while using a handheld mobile phone on the M25 between J22-23 at London Colney on February 26.

James Proctor: 22, of Pullman Close, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £105 costs after assaulting a woman by beating in St Albans on September 2.

Amy Farebrother: 18, of Avian Avenue, Curo Park, was fined £110 plus £105 costs and awarded five penalty points after driving without due care and attention in How Wood Parade, St Albans, causing damage to another vehicle on February 1, and then failing to report the accident at a police station within 24 hours.

Ahmed Ahmed: 20, of Davys Close, Wheathampstead, was fined £160 plus £115 costs for being in possession of a small amount of cannabis in St Albans on May 9, and a wrap of herbal cannabis in St Albns on September 24, and a further £40 fine plus three penalty points for driving without a licence in Mercers Road, St Albans, on September 24.

Tom Davies: 36, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was given a six months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £105 costs after stealing clothing worth £28.97 from TK Maxx in St Albans on June 23.
