Rikki Constable: 25, of Battlers Green Drive, Radlett, was fined £660 plus £266 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving in A405 Kingway North Orbital Road, Watford, when he did not have proper control of the vehicle, playing loud music and holding his mobile phone in a manner to suggest he was taking photos or videoing, on January 23.

Roujena Parvin: 28, of Green Lane, St Albans, was fined £140 plus £115 costs and awarded five penalty points for driving without due care and attention along Harpenden Road at its junction with Francis Avenue, St Albans, on April 9, and then failing to report an accident in which damage was caused to another vehicle at a police station within 24 hours.

Thomas Razzell: 18, of Ver Road, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £115 costs and aarded three penalty points after driving without due care and attention in the BP Garage, Foley Lane, St Albans, on April 7.

Stefan Jakeman: 26, of Bardwell Road, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £115 costs after stealing aftershave worth £62 from Boots in St Albans on August 19.

Wayne Boylan: 31, of St Vincent Drive, St Albans, was ordered to pay £12 compensation and £85 costs after stealing six cans of gin and tonic, foodstuffs and a newspaper from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on October 20.

Richard O’Sullivan: 53, of Grosvenor Road, St Albans, was made subject to a curfew for 12 weeks from 9.30pm-8am daily, and ordered to pay £170 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to believe unlawful violence would be used, resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty, and urinating in a public place, in Bricket Road, St Albans on May 1.

Tommy Cooper: 22, of Tavistock Avenue, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £115 costs after being found in possession of a wrap of cocaine in St Albans on September 6.

Lee Chaney: 26, of Lectern Lane, St Albans, was committed to prison for three months suspended for two years, ordered to carry out 120 hours unpaid community work, made subject to a restraining order lasting until October 10 2018, and ordered to pay £150 compensation and £200 costs after stalking a woman in Kings Langley between June 10-24 by placing a GPS tracker on her vehicle.

Jamis Bozier: 27, of Spencer Street, St Albans, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months, made subject to a restraining order until October 10 2018, and ordered to pay £150 compensation and £200 costs for assaulting a woman by beating in Broxbourne on September 25.

Aaron Tree: 27, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £625 plus £85 costs after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on March 21 2014, having breached a community order by failing to attend unpaid community work sessions on May 10 and 17 2015.

Niel Langan: 34, of Laxton Gardens, Radlett, was fined £220 plus £9.40 compensation and £380 costs after entering a train without a valid ticket to travel, at Radlett on March 23.

Jeremy Gough: 47, of Rodney Avenue, St Albans, was committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 18 months, made subject to a restraining order until October 10 2018, and ordered to pay £3,585 compensation and £115 costs after dishonestly making a false representation by asking the victim for money in order to pay for advanced rent, deposit and furniture for a flat, intending to make a gain, namely £5,050, in St Albans between February 5 and April 20.
