Eric Brown: 64, of Audrey Lane, Redbourn, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph B487 Redbourn Lane, Hatching Green, on March 16.

Emma Geddes: 41, of Woodland Drive, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 71mph along the M25 between J20-19 when there was a 60mph temporary speed limit in place, on March 18.

Lorraine Davies: 33, of Hilldyke Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £120 plus £340 costs and awarded 10 penalty points for failing to privide a breath specimen at Hatfield police station on July 26.

Abdul Khan: 42, of Clarendon Road, Harpenden, was fined £240 plus £189 costs for dumping controlled waste, namely two plastic sacks of waste from Laundry Xpress, in Hatfield Road, St Albans, on January 14.

Laurence Boys: 35, of Watford Road, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Stevenage between March 15 and April 11.

Jonathan Courtman: 30, of Overstone Road, Harpenden, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving without insurance in High Street, Codicote, on March 9.

Kristian Jarrett: 23, of Tassell Hall, Redbourn, was fined £220 plus £107 costs after driving without an MOT on the A5 at Markyate on March 14.

Matthew Lynes: 27, of Hawksill, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Stevenage between March 18 and April 14.

Sean McGettrick: 33, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, was fined £440 plus £129 costs and six penalty points for driving without due care and attention on the A414 at Ste Albans, drifting between lanes into the path of a police vehicle and causing it to brake sharply and take avoiding action, on March 12.

Karen Taylor: 39, of Lemsford Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £85 costs for driving without an MOT on the M25 between J19-18 on March 12. She was fined a further £330 plus £118 costs for driving without an MOT on the M25 between J23-22 on March 20.

Joanne Salter: 38, of Marten Gate, St Albans, was given a two year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £400 compensation and £100 costs for being the owner of a French mastiff which was dangerously out of control in Marten Gate and injured a person, on November 18 2015.

Christopher Bridges: 34, of Cairns Close, St Albans, was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £7.59 compensation and £70 costs after stealing a bottle of Martini from the Spar stores in Russet Drive, St Albans, on May 30.

Max Matthew: 21, of Hazelwood Drive, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £115 costs after being found in possession of a bag of cannabis in St Albans on July 22.

Peter Hazlewood: 34, of Vaughan Road, Harpenden, was fined £660 plus £206.25 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely Rothsay Road in Bedford, on May 27.
