Connor WIllcox: 18, of Olive Close, St Albans, was fined £150 plus £115 costs for taking a pedal cycle without the owner’s content in St Albans on July 26.

Ross Knight: 18, of Ken Davies Close, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £300 compensation and £85 costs after damaging a television in St Albans on August 12.

Erol Taskiran: 53, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £115 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, at St Albans on May 24.

Laura Dutton: 33, of Black Boy Wood, Bricket Wood, was ordered to attend rehabilitation appointments for 20 days and was fined £50 plus £50 compensation and £170 costs after assaulting a police constable in the execution of her duty in Hatfield custody on July 15, a further £50 compensation for assaulting another police constable, and another £50 compensation for assaulting a man and using at Watford General Hospital, all on the same date. She was also ordered to pay a further £125 compensation for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and racially aggravated assault by beating on a man at Watford Hospital, all on the same date.

James Wright: 41, of Caesars Road, Wheathampstead, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £130 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 79mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, in St John’s Road, Harpenden, on September 9.

Alexandra Aitken: 37, of Detany Court, St Albans, was fined £1,000 plus £720 costs and awarded three penalty points after giving a breath specimen of 82mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Detany Court, St Albans, on July 9. She evaded a driving ban because she only drove 5-6m.

Stefano Bazzinotti: 42, of Park Street Lane, Park Street, was fiend £440 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving without an MOT and in a position whereby he could not have proper control of the vehicle as he had his mobile phone in his right hand while driving, on the A414 St Albans on February 18.

Martin Maloney: 23, of Laxton Gardens, Shenley, was fined £440 plus £129 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 43mph along the 30mph Radlett Road at Watford on February 19.

Connor O’Reilly: 21, of Buckwood Road, Markyate, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 49mph along the 40mph A4147 Hemel Hempstead Road on February 20.

Amy Farebrother: 18, of Avian Avenue, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph along the 30mph B5378 Allum Lane, Elstree, on March 7.

Ian Moore: 40, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 56mph along the M25 between J20-19 when a 50mph speed limit was in place, on March 8.

Tiger Bailey: 20, of Sandridge Road, St Albans, was fined £145 plus £11.60 compensation and £155 costs after entering a train without a valid ticket for travel, en route near St Albans on April 14.

Megan Eaglesfield: 24, of Radlett Road, Frogmore, was fined £220 plus £4 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans on July 5.

Luke Ward: 28, of Wren Close, Kimpton, was fined £220 plus £3.90 compensation and £155 costs after faiing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Hitchin on June 13.

Evadan Karkunas: 32, of Howard Close, St Albans, was fined £260 plus £11.60 compensation and £155 costs after entering a train without a valid ticket for travel, en route near St Albans on July 14.

Justin Sycamore: 37, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £3.30 compensation and £155 costs after entering a train without a valid ticket for travel, en route near Radlett on July 18.
