Lawrence Clark: 18, of Claudian Place, St Albans, was ordered to attend 30 days of rehabilitation activity sessions and was fined £120 plus £170 costs after being found in possession of a large bag of cannabis and a lock knife in London Road, St Albans, on May 31.

Babeeta Taukoor: 42, of Brooke End, Redbourn, was fined £350 plus £115 costs and awarded seven penalty points for failing to stop after an accident where damage was caused to another vehicle, in Lybury Lane, Redbourn, on March 3, or reporting the accident at a police station within 24 hours, and was fined a further £235 for driving without due care and attention.
