Stefan Jakeman: 26, of Vale Court, Wheathampstead, was fined £50 plus £115 costs after giving a sample which showed evidence of cocaine and opiates in his body, and then failing to attend an initial assessment to determine whether he was dependent upon or had a propensity to misuse a Class A drug, at Hatfield on April 13.

Adam Pearson: 27, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay £150 compensation and £50 costs after dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a black iPod, knowing it to be stolen goods, in St Albans on November 15.

Sarah Jupp: 37, of Jasmine Court, Colney Heath, was fined £55 plus £100 compensation and £395 costs after stealing cash at St Albans on April 4.

Khaled Miah: 19, of Doggetts Way, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £115 costs after using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, in Waterhouse Street, Hemel Hempstead, on July 10.

Nadine Batstone: 44, of Elmlawns Close, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph Drakes Drive, St Albans, on January 20.

Benjamin Baptiste: 30, of Buttermere Close, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £880 plus £151 costs for driving without insurance or a licence, unsupervised and without L plates, in Buttermere Close, St Albans, on December 2.

Eamonn Curtin: 41, of Gurney Court Road, St Albans, was fined £665 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points after speeding at 68mph along the M25 between J20-19 when a 40mph speed limit was in place on January 20.

Toju Da Silva: 42, of Moreton End Lane, Harpenden, was fined £293 plus £114 and awarded five penalty points after speeding at 97mph along the M1 between J8-9 at Harpenden on January 22.

James Richards: 32, of Batchwood Drive, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance in High Street, Berkhamsted, on January 17.

Obbarreno Kadiri: 48, of Russet Drive, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance along the southbound A1(M) between J10-9 at Letchworth on January 19.

Daniel Scott: 35, of Coombes Road, London Colney, was banned from driving for 56 days and fined £500 plus £135 costs for speeding at 63mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore at St Albans on December 3.

Dominic Calvert: 18, of Watling Street, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £4.40 compensation and £147 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Radlett station on April 7.

Shane Furey: 24, of Nicholls Close, Redbourn, was fined £220 plus £7 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near St Albans station on April 12.

Paul Niven: 35, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was fined £220 plus £3.30 compensation and £175 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Elstree and Borehamwood station on April 20. He was fined a further £110 for failing to pass through the barrier at the same station in the correct manner, also on April 20.

Piotrek Poltorek: 20, of Stanhope Road, St Albans, was fined 3220 plus £4 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near St Albans station on April 15.

Mark Robson: 46, of Scrubbits Square, Radlett, was fined £285 plus £3.30 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Elstree and Borehamwood station on April 20, and a further £220 plus £4 compensation and £125 costs after entering a train for the purpose of travelling without having a valid ticket, en route near Radlett on April 4.

Victoria Saben: 34, of Waldegrave Park, Harpenden, was fined £485 plus £16.20 compensation and £174 costs after travelling on a railway without having previously paid her fare, en route near St Albans station on April 20.
