Darrell Bourne: 20, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £30 compensation and £430 costs after making off without paying for £30 of fuel at London Colney on March 20, plus a further £50 for driving without a licence, and was banned from driving for six months and fined £100 for driving without insurance, both at Barnet Road, London Colney on the same date. He was then fined a further £75 plus £30 compensation for providing a false name and contact number on an unpaid transaction form, intending to make a gain, namely 34.8 litres of unleaded fuel worth £30, at St Albans on March 26.

Paul Niven: 35, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was fined £40 plus £115 costs after stealing aftershave worth £20.95 belonging to Manor Pharmacy in Radlett on August 13.

Amelia Sookraj: 51, of North Avenue, Shenley, was fined £440 plus £129 costs and awarded six penalty points after speeding at 71mph along the M25 between J20-19 when a temporary 40mph speed limit was in place, on January 20.

Toju Da Silva: 42, of Moreton End Lane, Harpenden, was fined £293 plus £114 costs and awarded five penalty points for speeding at 97mph along the 70mph M1 between J8-9 at Harpenden on January 22.

Eamonn Curtin: 41, of Gurney Court Road, St Albans, was fined £665 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 68mph when a 40mph speed limit was in place on the M25 between J20-19 on January 20.

Graham Stevenson: 62, of Albion Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 41 months and fined £140 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 68mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in London Road, St Albans, on July 11.

Phillippa Havard: 55, of Hopkins Crescent, Sandridge, was fined £30 plus £30 costs after stealing meat from Tesco in St Albans on July 5, and ready meals from BP Simply Foods in Hitchin on July 8.

Ryan Courtney: 22, of Alban Avenue, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid community work and pay £50 compensation and £170 costs after assaulting a woman in Colney Heath on May 26, and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, at Cassiobury Park, Watford on May 7.

Sonny Disspain: 19, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was ordered to carry out 60 hours unpaid community work and pay £170 costs after being drunk and disorderly in Adelaide Street, St Albans, and resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in St Albans, both on July 31.

Charnelle Georgestone: 24, of Park Street, St Albans, was fined £85 plus £230 costs after obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty in St Albans on April 30.

Dwayne Baker: 19, of Phillimore Place, Radlett, was fined £60 plus £7.30 compensation and £145 costs after entering a train without a valid ticket entitling him to travel, en route near St Albans on June 30.

Samon Salamie: of Marlborough Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £4 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans Station on June 20.

Barry Harp: 47, of Wyedale, London Colney, was fined £40 plus £140 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on January 27.

Sabrina Khan: 20, of Frogmore, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £142 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on February 1.

Peta McMillan: 35, of Rodney Avenue, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £142 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on January 22.
