Wayne Boylan: 30, of St Vincent Drive, St Albans, was fined £350 plus £120 costs for breaching a restraining order imposed by St Albans Crown Court on June 13 2013 by visiting an address in Welwyn Garden City without reasonable excuse and without prior arrangement, on June 26.

Yasmine Alderman: 19, of Longfield Road, Harpenden, was committed to prison for four months suspended for 18 months, ordered to carry out 240 hours unpaid community work, and ordered to pay £1,441 compensation after stealing jewellery at Harpenden between January 25 and 27, stealing gift cards, perfume and other personal items at Harpenden between February 4-8, stealing make-up and other personal items at Harpenden on February 8, and being in possession of a fake driver’s licence at Hatfield on February 11.

Melvyn Cooper: 75, of Bucknalls Drive, Bricket Wood, was fined £293 plus £114 costs and awarded four penalty points after speeding at 72mph along the M25 between J23-24 when a 50mph speed limit was in place, on December 1.

Dominil Beale: 29, of Doggetts Way, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points after driving without insurance in Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, on December 2.

Timothy MacGuinness: 37, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, was committed to prison for 20 weeks and ordered to pay £125 compensation and £80 costs after assaulting a woman by beating at St Albans on March 12, and assaulting her again and destroying her mobile phone, at St Albans on March 18. He was also made subject to a restraining order lasting until June 27 2018 and fined £150 for pursuing a course of harassment between April 27-28, at the same location in St Albans.

Karl Miller: 36, of Campfield Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £600 plus £145 costs after giving a breath specimen of 64mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, on the A414 at London Colney on June 26.

Barrington Giles: 69, of Prae Close, St Albans, was fined £225 plus £107 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 69mph when a 60mph speed limit was in place on the M25 between J19-20 on December 1.

Alex Ford: 34, of Granville Road, St Albans, was fined £261 plus £111 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 74mph along the M25 between J20-19, when a 60mph speed limit was in place, on December 3.

Daniel Larkin: 34, of Wheat Close, Sandridge, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points after driving without insurance on the M1 between J9-8 on December 7.

Jessica O’Malley: 35, of Rainbow Close, Redbourn, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 51mph along the 40mph A4147 Hemel Hempstead Road, Hemel Hempstead, on December 4.

Peter McDonagh: 28, of Park Street, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £141 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Stevenage between December 10 and January 6.

Edward Spindle: 31, of Farm Crescent, London Colney, was fined £333 plus £118 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 53mph along the 30mph B462 Aldenham Road at Bushey on December 1.

Shelley Lander: 45, of The Avenue, Radlett, was fined £293 plus £114 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 73mph along the M25 between J19-20 when a 40mph speed limit was in place on December 3.

Donna Flanagan: 48, of Meadow Close, Bricket Wood, was fined £440 plus £129 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 42mph along the B4630 Watford Road, north of Laburnham Grove, Chiswell Green, on December 3.
