Ella Cooper-Millar: 19, of Watford Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 42mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Watling Street, St Albans, on April 16.

Victoria Saben: 33, of High Street, Sandridge, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £120 plus £105 costs after giving a breath specimen of 79mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Church End, Sandridge, on April 3, plus a further £160 for driving without insurance or a licence.

Shahajad Uddin: 19, of Francis Avenue, St Albans, was fined £240 plus £105 costs and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending after failing to stop a vehicle when required to do so by a constable in uniform in Francis Avenue, St Albans, and driving without insurance or a licence, all on March 10.

Ioannis Aivalakis: 35, of Ashley Road, St Albans, was fined £467 plus £120.84 vehicle excise back duty and £137 costs after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely the A55 at Penmaenmawr, on August 30. He was fined a further £700 plus £155 costs and awarded six penalty points after failing to disclose the identity of the driver using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence between September 10 and October 8 at Pretstatyn,

Lee Woods: 46, of Laxton Gardens, Shenley, was fined £440 plus £8 compensation and £169 costs after travelling on a railway en route near Elstree and Borehamwood station without having previously paid his fare and with intent to avoid payment, on January 11.

James Cooper: of Romans End, St Albans, was fined £147 plus £11.50 and £145 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on November 4.

Aiden Chaves: 25, of Chantry Lane, London Colney, was fined £440 plus £4.70 compensation and £394 costs after travelling on a railway at Elstree and Borehamwood station without having previously paid his fare and with intent to avoid payment, on November 8.

Giacomo Fazzini: 24, of Batchwood Drive, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £11.60 compensation and £147 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near St Albans station on January 20.

Jason Smith: 27, of Victoria Street, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £5 compensation and £147 costs after entering a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket entitling him to travel, en route near St Albans on January 24.

Praxedes Munala: 34, of Tallents Crescent, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £14 compensation and £147 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near St Albans station on January 17.

Charlotte Kiely: 30, of Redding Lane, Redbourn, was fined £93 plus £14 compensation and £165 costs after entering a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket entitling her to travel, en route near St Albans on January 30.

Michael Dormer: 30, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to have treatment for drug dependency for nine months, banned from entering John Lewis and Co-op in Welwyn Garden City, and told to pay £75 compensation and £200 costs after stealing five packets of fillet steak worth £75 from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on April 13, being equipped with a foil-lined rucksack for use in connection with a theft on the same date, and stealing steaks worth £55 from the Co-op in Welwyn Garden City on January 13, six bottles of champagne worth £166.94 on January 16 and two packets of diced casserole steak on January 26, both from the same store, and five items of Ralph Lauren clothing worth £580 from John Lewis in WGC on January 19, plus failing to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates Court on March 1.

Patryk Angielski: 34, of Grasmere Road, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 120 hours unpaid community work and pay £100 compensation plus £145 compensation after stealing a wallet containing the owner’s bank cards, and was ordered to carry out a further 120 hours and pay £23.34 compensation for using a stolen bank card to buy food items from Londis and tools from Screwfix at St Albans on January 2, and an additional 120 hours for dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely a silver HP Elite laptop worth £500, at St Albans between January 5 and 26.
