Corina O’Toole: 28, of Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, was fined £220 plus £142 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on November 27.

Lisa Sandiford: 34, of Watson Avenue, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £180 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on November 4.

John Gilmartin: 60, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £50 compensation and £105 costs for damaging a floor and wall of a communal hallway belonging to St Albans district council on January 15, and a further £40 for failing to surrender to custody at St Albans magistrates court on February 26.

James McLachlan: 22, of Charrington Place, St Albans, was fined £475 plus £133 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a fear of immediate unlawful violence, towards staff members of The Premier Inn in St Albans on February 19, and was fined a further £340 for assaulting two police constables in the execution of their duty on the same date and at the same location.

Zachari Wilding: 23, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £105 costs after damaging a fire alarm, electrical panel, two electronically operated doors and a plastered wall belonging to Premier Inn in Welwyn Garden City on February 6, and was fined a further £80 for assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress, on the same date and at the same location.

Kerry Gogarty: 36, of Pageant Road, St Albans, was ordered to attend rehabilitation appointments for 25 days and was fined £40 plus £145 costs after assaulting a paramedic in St Albans on February 18, assaulting two police constables in the execution of their duty on February 19, and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, at Lister Hospital in Stevenage on February 19.

Emily Smith: 23, of Stephens Way, Redbourn, was fined £205 plus £106 costs after committing fraud by dishonestly making a false representation, namely signing and cashing cheques in another’s name to make a financial gain, between July 22 and August 13.

Thiyagarajah Naveendra: 45, of Kings Road, London Colney, was fined £440 plus £129 costs and awarded six penalty points after speeding in excess of 70mph along the A505 Baldock Road, Baldock, on August 4.

Elise Bernstein: 44, of Greenwood Gardens, Shenley, was fined £80 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for failing to comply with a no entry sign in Watling Street, Radlett, and then mounted the opposite kerb, nearly hitting a fixed litter bin, and not being in control of her vehicle because she was holding a phone in her right hand and appeared to be texting or using the keypad, all on July 4.

Rupert Horsford: 56, of Annables Lane, Kinsbourne Green, was fined £80 plus £70 costs for driving without insurance in Bradford on November 26 2014.

Patrick Angielski: 34, of Grasmere Road, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and was awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance in Grasmere Road, St Albans, on May 5.
