John Kilcoyne: 44, of Highfield Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £535 plus £138 costs and awarded six penalty points after speeding in excess of 70mph along the M1 between J5-4 at Watford on August 30.

Lauren Lindsey: 22, of Bell View, St Albans, was banned from driving for 84 days and fined £360 plus £121 costs for driving without insurance on the M25 between J21-22 on July 29.

Cheryl Fetti: 42, of Hall Gardens, Colney Heath, was fined £295 plus £115 costs and awarded four penalty points after speeding at 50mph along the 30mph B556 Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, on April 25.

Danielle O’Sullivan: of Midway, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £20 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 44mph along 30mph Drakes Drive at St Albans on December 19.

Nicholas Clarke: 49, of Old Watford Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for two months and fined £100 plus £105 costs after driving while disqualified in London Road, St Albans, on January 28.

Mohammed Khan-Boylan: 18, of Alder Close, Park Street, was ordered to carry out 150 hours unpaid community work, was banned from driving for 15 months, and told to pay costs of £145 after driving dangerously on London Road, Alma Road, Bedford Road and Paxton Road, St Albans, on February 10, failing to stop the vehicle when required to do so by a police constable in uniform, and driving without a licence or insurance.

Mark Darvell: 21, of Clarence Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £144 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on July 22.
