Nuntawan Phumklin: 33, of Station Road, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £4.50 compensation and £147 costs after entering a training without a valid ticket entitling her to travel, en route near Harpenden on July 16.
Alexander Goulding: 30, of Folly Lane, St Albans, was fined £145 plus £18.40 compensation and £145 costs after remaining in a reserved seat on a train when not the holder of a valid ticket entitling him to do so, en route near St Albans station on November 10.
Linda Lee: 18, of Oliver Close, Park Street, was fined £220 plus £3.30 compensation and £147 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Elstree and Borehamwood station on September 6.
Thomas Humphrey: 29, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £14.40 compensation and £147 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on May 17.

Mark Coates: 36, of Tullockside Farm, Hemel Hempstead Road, Redbourn, was ordered to carry out 250 hours unpaid community work and pay compensation of £550 and costs of £232 for fraudulently claiming roofing work was required and would be completed competently and at a fair price, intending to make a gain of an undisclosed cash payment, at St Albans between July 6-15. He was ordered to carry out a further 250 hours and pay compensation of £4,000 for the same offence in St Albans between June 25-26.
Graham Snell: 54, of The Ridgeway, St Albans, was fined £60 plus £50 compensation and £720 costs for assaulting a man by beating at Bedmond on June 24.
Jordan Galloway: 24, of High Street, London Colney, was committed to prison for eight weeks, banned from driving for 12 months, and ordered to pay £100 costs after driving without a licence or insurance, and causing damage to three different vehicles in Willow Way, Potters Bar, on August 2, following which he fled the scene and failed to report the accident within 24 hours.
David Smith: 36, of Catherine Street, St Albans, was fined £270 plus £112 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 52mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on June 23.
Jamie Smith: 35, of Sleapshyde Lane, Smallford, was fined £120 plus £105 costs and awarded six penalty points after driving without insurance in Westwick Row, Hemel Hempstead, on May 22.
Eduardo Banon: of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £220 and ordered to pay £56.25 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely Westfields, St Albans, on November 24.
Stacey Binelli: 27, of Fovant Close, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £18.75 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely St James Road, Harpenden, on November 24.
Ryan McQueen: of Cavendish Road, Markyate, was fined £440 plus £48.34 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely the above address, on November 24.
Adrian Savage: 52, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £440 plus £48.34 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely Clarence Road, St Albans, on November 24.
Zdzislaw Rutkowski: 55, of Albany Mews, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 120 hours unpaid community work, was banned from driving for 24 months, and ordered to pay £145 costs after giving a blood specimen of 210mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, at Penn Road, How Wood, on December 6.
Grace Chessman: 27, of Canberra Close, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £315 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, at St Albans on November 9.
