Susanna Hills: 39, of Cottonmill Crescent, St Albans, was fined £15 plus £70 compensation and £70 costs for stealing meat worth £70 from Waitrose in St Albans on December 7. She was fined a further £15 for stealing two throw fleeces worth £30 belonging to Matalan in St Albans on December 29, and £15 for breaching a conditional discharge made on October 8 relating to the theft of three fillet steaks, three sirlon steaks, one ribeye steak and other groceries worth £53.44 belongong to Sainsbury’s in St Albans on July 11, and another £15 for breaching a conditional discharge imposed on October 8 for damaging a window belonging to St Albans council in Hatfield Road, St Albans, on July 5.

Roy Stallard: 25, of Alder Close, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £105 costs after stealing two bottles of wine worth £14 costs from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on January 30.

Michael Tan: 29, of Cambridge Road, St Albans, was fined £667 plus £151 costs and awarded 10 penalty points for refusing to provide a breath specimen at Hatfield on December 14, and a further £267 plus £100 compensation for assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty, in St Albans on the same date.

Stephen Keyes: 30, of St James Court, Harpenden, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £350 plus £435 costs for refusing to provide a breath specimen at Hatfield on October 31, and £250 plus £50 compensation for assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty at Hatfield on the same date.

Francielle Mendes Da Silva Dias: 30, of The Uplands, Bricket Wood, was fined £440 plus £129 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 42mph along the 30mph Drakes Drive, St Albans, on June 12.

Peter Robb: 65, of Coursers Road, Colney Heath, was fined £180 plus £220 costs and awarded six penalty points after failing to reveal the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Watford on June 19.

Jack Patrickson: 24, of Laburnum Grove, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on May 18.

Derek Robinson: 62, of Drakes Drive, St Albans, was fined £440 plus £129 costs and was awarded six penalty points for driving without due care and attention on Ashley Road, St Albans, on July 31, after colliding with the rear of a stationary vehicle waiting to turn right, causing it to collide with a third vehicle and causing damage to all vehicles and slight injuries to one of the drivers.

Jonathan Littlewood: 36, of Newsom Place, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph along 30mph Grace Way, Stevenage, on April 15.

Modecai Juma: 42, of Maxwell Road, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £88.34 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely Hedley Road, St Albans, despite having made a Statutory Off-Road Notification, on October 27.

Rory Synnott: 26, of Eastmoor Park, Harpenden, was fined £440 plus £36.67 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely Jersey Road, Luton, on November 10.

Darren Bell: 27, of The Close, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £105 costs after wilfully obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty, in St Albans on January 1.

Natalie Kennedy: 36, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £6.20 compensation and £147 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near St Albans station on October 22.

Leo Jatta: 31, of Quadrant, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £5.70 compensation and £147 costs for entering a train without a valid ticket entitling him to travel, at St Albans on November 4.

Nazia Hussain: 23, of Shirley Road, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £5.70 compensation and £80 costs after entering a train without a valid ticket entitling her to travel, at St Albans on October 29.
