Kieran Vousden: 22, of Green Lane, St Albans, was fined £60 plus £85 costs for failing to attend unpaid community work sessions on December 29 and 30, as instructed by a community order imposed by West and Central Herts Magistrates Court on October 6.

Eric Jones: 45, of Hawkesmoor, Shenley, was fined £160 plus £105 costs after stealing four bottles of perfume worth £298 from Debenhams in Borehamwood on December 29 and a pair of knee high boots and perfumes worth £321 from Debenhams in Borehamwood on December 23.

Shehu Shemsi: 33, of Fleetville Post Office, Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £105 costs after stealing two joints of beef worth £37.58 belonging to Tesco in Baldock on January 25.

Adam Nazar: 24, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 39mph along the 30mph A1057 Hatfield Road, St Albans, on May 21.

Danielle Evangelou: 24, of Furse Avenue, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and banned from driving for six months after driving without insurance on the M1 between J9-8 on May 11, and a further £440 for driving while using a handheld mobile phone and carrying in the front of the vehicle a child under 14 years of age who was not wearing a seat belt.

David Thyer: 75, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance in King Harry Lane, St Albans, on May 22.

Lee Smith: 44, of Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, was fined £147 plus £105 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph B556 Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, on May 20.

Samuel Lloyd: 31, of Milton Road, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on May 25.

Adrian Bending: 46, of Overstone Road, Harpenden, was fined £150 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on May 22.

Natalie Kelliher-Boutros: 29, of Benningfield Drive, Napsbury Park, was fined £300 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving in excess of 30mph along the A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, twice on June 18, and also on June 22.

Claire Smith: 43, of Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 39mph along the 30mph A1057 Hatfield Road, St Albans, on May 21.

Mary Swaine: 43, of Lavender Crescent, St Albans, was fined £440 plus £129 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 41mph along the 30mph A1057 Hatfield Road, St Albans, on May 21.

Jason Iasonos: 39, of Upper Heath Road, St Albans, was fined £250 plus £110 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding in excess of 30mph along the A5183 Frogmore, St Albans, on June 19.

Charles Lark: 22, of Tyttenhanger Green, St Albans, was fined £260 plus £105 costs after taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent at Hatfield, being in possession of five small bags of cannabis at St Albans, and driving without insurance in Sunnydell, St Albans, all on December 2.

Mohammed Khan-Boylan: 18, of Alder Close, Park Street, was made subject to a restraining order lasting until February 2, ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid community work, and told to pay £315 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, causing a person harassment, alarm or distress, at St Albans on August 17.

Richard O’Sullivan: 52, of Grosvenor Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for six weeks and ordered to pay £80 costs and £500 compensation after assaulting a man and woman by beating at St Albans on January 6.

Elizabeth Borrelli: 55, of Pemberton Close, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £186 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on October 9.

Lois Connell: 26, of Reed Close, London Colney, was fined £440 plus £164 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on October 11.
