Adam Bishop: 45, of Milton Road, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £13.80 compensation and £297 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Harpenden station on August 7.

Victoria Saben: 31, of Waldegrave Park, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £4.40 compensation and £297 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near St Albans station on July 5.

Kyle James: 20, of Rainbow Close, Redbourn, was fined £220 plus £4.50 compensation and £297 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Harpenden station on July 30.

Martin White: 46, of Mortimer Crescent, St Albans, was fined £333 plus £118 and awarded five penalty points after speeding along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, St Albans, on March 11.

Peter Davies: 55, of Meadway, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £255 costs and awarded four penalty points after driving without due care and attention in Camp Road, St Albans, on May 20.

Robert Boden: 57, of Trumpington Drive, St Albans, was fined £140 plus £185 costs after being found in possession of four small wraps oc crack at St Albans on November 10.

Dilan Davda: 38, of Slowmans Close, Park Street, was fined £430 plus £278 costs after speeding at 66mph along the M25 between J18-17 when there was a 40mph speed limit in operation, on April 15.

Edwin Heaney: 43, of How Wood, Park Street, was fined £1,000 plus £200 compensation and £3,230.60 after failing to take reasonable care for the health and safety of others while driving an excavator at Loom Lane, Radlett, on May 19 2014.

Daniel Keating: 37, of Chiltern Court, Harpenden, was fined £660 plus £301 costs and awarded six penalty points after failing to identify the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, between April 21 and May 18 at Harpenden.

Wesley Knowles: 34, of Hemel Hempstead Road, Redbourn, was fined 3220 plus £107 costs after driving without a seatbelt in Buncefield Lane, Hemel Hempstead, on April 9.

Davd Lowth: 56, of Station Road, Harpenden, was fined £330 plus £107 costs after speeding at 38mph along the 30mph Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on March 10.

Emmanuella Emovon: 46, of Leasey Dell Drive, Wheathampstead, was fined £147 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 37mph along the 30mph Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on April 11.

Mark Philpot: 39, of Harvesters, St Albans, was fined £367 plus £271 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 50mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on April 15.

Aaron Bowell: 29, of Page Place, Frogmore, was fined £167 plus £255 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road at Watford on April 14.

David Britten: 71, of The Ridgeway, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £255 costs and awarded five penalty points for speeding at 70mph along the M25 between J18-17 when there was a 40mph speed limit in operation, on April 15.

Bennaissa El Amrouchi: 40, of Keswick Close, St Albans, was fined £440 plus £420 costs and was banned from driving for 12 months after failing to stop his vehicle when required to by a uniformed police constable, and driving without a licence, MOT and insurance, in Haseldine Road, London Colney, on August 27. He was fined a further £240 plus £50 costs and banned from driving for 15 months after driving without insurance in Bardwell Road, St Albans on November 2.

Thomas Forrester: 27, of Old Watling Street, Flamstead, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £250 plus £255 costs after giving a blood specimen of 93mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, in Mile House Lane, St Albans, on October 5.

Robert Ramsey: 46, of Wickets End, Shenley, was banned from driving for 40 months and fined £450 plus £885 costs after giving a breath specimen of 73mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Mortimer Crescent, St Albans, on August 1.

Khaleeq Ur-Ehman: 37, of Brampton Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for 16 weeks, was banned from driving for 32 months and was ordered to pay £230 costs, after refusing to provide a blood specimen at Luton and Dunstable Hospital after being suspected of driving a vehicle under the influence of drugs, and driving without due care and attention, in Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, both on March 23, also failing to surrender to custody at St Albans on November 26, and being in possession of 2.2g of heroin and 13.29g of cocaine at Welwyn Garden City on June 17.
