Martin Collier: 49, of Nuns Lane, St Albans, was committed to prison for eight months and ordered to pay £260 costs after breaching a sexual offences prevention order by being in a public place between 12 midnight at 6am without supervision and prior written permission from his monitoring order, at Reading on June 25, using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour at Reading on the same date, and failing to surrender to custody at Berkshire Magistrates Court on August 20.

Gail Smith: 44, of Lemsford Road, St Albans, was given a 24 month conditional discharege, made subject to a restraining order lasting until October 8 2017, and ordered to pay £550 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a fear of immediate use of violence, at St Albans on July 7. She was also banned from driving for 17 months and fined £120 plus £20 costs after refusing to provide a breath specimen for analysis at Hatfield on July 7.

Patrina Neal: 48. of Keswick Close, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £50 compensation and £105 costs for using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and causing harassment, alarm or distress, in St Albans on September 6.

James Bradford: 71, of Beaumont Avenue, St Albans, was fined £975 plus £717 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and causing harassment, alarm or distress, on March 12.

Roy Stallard: 35, of Alder Close, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £255 costs for being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Civic Place, St Albans, on September 13.

Antony Riley: 20, of Oysterfields, St Albans, was made subject to a restraining order lasting until October 15 2017, was made subject to a curfew for 12 weeks from 7.30pm to 5am daily, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 24 months, and ordered to pay £315 costs for pursuing a course of harassment from October 1-December 15 2014 by attending his victim’s home address and sending messages on Facebook, and failing to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on January 15, August 24 and October 15 2015.

Julius Hulme: 37, of Lime Tree Court, London Colney, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £250 costs for assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty, at Hatfield on June 22.

George Coleman: 25, of Nurseries Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £220 plus £8 compensation and £297 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Hatfield station on May 13.

Tina Bashbard: of Down Edge, Redbourn, was fined £200 plus £4 compensation and £295 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on May 25.

Nazia Khan: 19, of Hopkins Crescent, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £2.80 compensation and £295 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Hatfield station on May 24.

Mike Palmer: 23, of Wilshere Avenue, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £1.70 compensation and £297 costs for travelling on a train without a valid ticket entitling him to travel, en route near Radlett on May 3.

Elizabeth Hardy: 30, of Marshall Avenue, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £110 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on September 12 2013.

Kevin Roland: 26, of Valley Road, St Albans, was fined £250 plus £260 costs after being found in possession of a quantity of cocaine in St Albans on June 13.

Jason Nicolaou: 25, of Gorham Drive, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £235 costs after being found in possession of two small bags of cannabis in St Albans on September 23.

Errol Mooney: 40, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £285 after being found in possession of 6.4g of cocaine at St Albans on August 3.

Emma Argiolas: 34, of Wilkins Green Lane, Smallford, was fined £300 plus £115 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 50mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on February 25.

Gavin Gransby: 39, of Church End, Sandridge, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along 30mph Drakes Drive, St Albans, on February 25.

Kelly Howard: 38, of Hilldyke Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £220 plus £107 costs after speeding at 49mph along the 40mph A4147 Hemel Hempstead Road, at Hemel Hempstead, on March 2.

Arab Miah: 42, of Doggetts Way, St Albans, was fined £290 plus £114 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 42mph along 30mph Drakes Drive, St Albans, on February 25.

Susanna Hills: 38, of Cottonmill Crescent, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation after damaging a window worth £200 belonging to St Albans council at Queens Court in Hatfield Road, St Albans, on July 5. She was ordered to pay a further £250 costs for stealing three fillet steaks, three sirloin steaks, one ribeye steak and other groceries worth £53.44 belonging to Sainsbury’s in St Albans on July 11.

Craig Sutherland: 38, of Alder Close, Park Street, was given an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £442 compensation and £235 costs after stealing nine bottles of alcohol worth £297 belonging in Marks & Spencer in St Albans on September 7, and four bottles of spirits belonging to Marks & Spencer in St Albans on July 28.
