Benjamin Easter: 19, of Ridge Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £100 plus £255 costs and was banned from driving for 13 months after giving a breath specimen of 51mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Kirwick Avenue, Harpenden, on July 20.

Mohammed Miah: 25, of Oliver Close, Park Street, was fined £235 plus £259 costs and was banned from driving for 12 months after giving a breath specimen of 40mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, at the Bell Lane roundabout, St Albans, on July 18. He was fined a further £235 for driving without due care and attention at the same date and place.

Robert Howard: 24, of Broadstone Road, Harpenden, was fined £335 plus £269 costs and was banned from driving for 16 months after giving a breath specimen of 60mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Green Lane, St Albans, on July 19.

Austin Coyle: 27, of Granville Road, St Albans, was fined £440 plus £279 costs and was banned from driving for 14 months after giving a breath specimen of 57mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Watling Street, St Albans, on July 19. He was fined a further £295 for driving without due care and attention at the roundabout junction of Watling Street and St Stephen’s Hill on the same date.

Matthew Maddison: 35, of Richmond Walk, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £205 costs after damaging a bus shelter and timetable belonging to St Albans council at St Albans on April 14, and was ordered to pay a further £232.80 compensation for damaging a car park barrier belonging to the council at St Albans on May 21.

Martin Radley: 46, of Granville Road, St Albans, was ordered to pay £1,289.89 compensation plus £295 costs after damaging a black Jaguar XF at St Albans between April 19 and 20.

Benaissa El Amrouchi: 39, of Keswick Close, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £105 and awarded three penalty points after driving while using a handheld mobile phone on the M1 J10 at Redbourn, on January 16.

Myles Witchard: 34, of Highfield Road, Sandridge, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and awarded six penalty points after failing to provide the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, between December 5 and January 2.
