Muntakim Islam: 25, of Watson Avenue, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £280 costs after being found in possession of 0.5g of cocaine at St Albans on June 5.

Mustak Islam: 22, of Watson Avenue, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £280 costs after being found in possession of 2.22g of cocaine at St Albans on June 5.

Joe Winson: 23, of Harris Lane, Shenley, was ordered to have treatment for drug dependency for nine months, and fined £110 plus £325 costs for being in possession of an offensive weapon, namely a screwdriver, in Theobald Street, Borehamwood, on June 12.

Brian Moran: 52, of Pickford Hill, Batford, was fined £50 plus £170 costs for being drunk and disorderly at St Albans City station on July 9, and was fined a further £50 for breaching a conditional discharge and being drunk and disorderly at Harpenden station on February 4, and was given a six months prison sentence in relation to being in possession of a knife in Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on August 23 2013, and possessing a small quantity of cannabis at Hatfield on November 1 2013.

Indrit Dara: 25, of Aran Close, Harpenden, was fined £50 plus £235 costs and £175 compensation for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, at Royston on July 12, and for causing £175.05 damage to a police car at the same date. He was also fined a further £70 for failing to surrender to custody at Stevenage police station on August 12.

Ashley Naghten: 20, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £55 plus £255 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, at St Albans on May 11.

Philip Biggs: 21, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, was committed to prison for six weeks, made subject to a restraining order until August 16, and ordered to pay £80 costs for pursuing a course of harassment which involved attending the victim’s address to ask her for money, between July 1 2014 and March 18 2015.

Phillippa Havard: 54, of Hopkins Crescent, Sandridge, was committed to prison for four weeks consecutive to four weeks imprisonment imposed for a theft of meat and other goods from Tesco Extra in Beech Road, St Albans on July 9, with the new offence committed shortly after the imposition of a suspended sentence, and ordered to pay £315 costs for the theft of two Bratz dolls worth £49.98 from Argos in St Albans on August 2.

Jamie Harris: 20, of Noke Shot, Harpenden, was ordered to carry out 60 hours unpaid community work, pay £520 compensation and £180 costs after stealing cash worth £1,157 from the Co-op at Harpenden on July 25.

James Smith: 33, of Sandridge Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £110 plus £255 costs after giving a breath specimen of 73mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on July 23.

Dominic Bourke: 31, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £160 plus £255 costs after giving a breath specimen of 81mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Hatfield Road, St Albans, on July 23.

David Barralet: 21, of Mountbatten Close, St Albans, was fined £75 plus £255 costs and was awarded eight penalty points for failing to stop and causing damage to another vehicle in Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, on June 27, and for driving without insurance and a licence, and for obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty, all on the same date.

Nathan Bennett: 43, of High Street, Markyate, was banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid community work and pay £295 costs after driving on the south bound entry slip road at J9 of the M1, Flamstead, when disqualified from driving and without insurance, on July 16.

Olive Canavan: 48, of The Uplands, Bricket Wood, was fined £400 plus £125 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 41mph along the 30mph B556 Mutton Lane at Potters Bar on January 25.

Conor Fitzgerald: 23, of Burston Drive, Park Street, was fined £550 plus £140 and awarded six penalty points for speeding in excess of 70mph between J5-4 of the northbound A1(M) at Welwyn Garden City on March 19.

Rina Steinberg: 45, of Lodge End, Radlett, was fined £65 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding in excess of 30mph along Radlett Road at Watford on February 12.

John Portway: 34, of Claremont, Bricket Wood, was fined £115 plus £105 costs for driving without an MOT along the M1 between J5-4 on October 30 2013.

Alessandro Annicchiarico: 47, of Alma Road, St Albans, was fined £1,000 plus £966.35 costs for failing to properly dispose of controlled waste between December 3 2013 and December 16 2013.
