Linda-Lee Leslie: 29, of Alma Road, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £125 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 42mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on December 8.

Ian Campbell: 53, of Meadway, Colney Heath, was fined £130 plus £105 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 57mph along the 40mph M25 between J23-24, on December 9.

Joseph Parkinson: 75, of Gills Hill, Radlett, was fined £37 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding in excess of 40mph in various roads through Hemel Hempstead on December 3.

Laura Dutton: 31, of Black Boy Wood, Bricket Wood, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and awarded eight penalty points after driving without insurance in Northfield Gardens, Watford, on October 22.

Andy Cash: of Ver Meadows Caravan Site, Redbourn, was banned from driving for six months after failing provide the details of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, between January 7 and February 4, and was fined £600 plus £145 costs and awarded six penalty points for committing the same offence between January 1 and 29.

Nicholas Bonner: 38, of Cravells Road, Harpenden, was fined £435 plus £129 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 50mph along 30mph Brocket Road, Lemsford, on February 19.

Edwyn Thomas: 35, of Marlborough Road, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph Drakes Drive, St Albans, on December 19.

Kayrul Islam: 24, Sturmer Close, St Albans, was fined £332 plus £118 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 76mph along a 50mph stretch of the M25 between J18-17 on February 20.

Daniel Walker: 48, of Green Lawns Close, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 77mph along a 50mph stretch of the M25 between J18-17 on February 20.

Joseph Parkinson: 75, of Gills Hill, Radlett, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to provide details of the identity of the driver using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence between December 10 and January 9.

Dane Bowen: 24, of Cyrils Way, St Albans, was fined £75 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 47mph along the 40mph A405 Kingway, North Orbital Road, at Watford on September 4.

Matthew Maddison: 35, of Brooklands Court, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance in Chequer Street, St Albans, on January 6.

Nicolas Carroll: 30, of The Crescent, Bricket Wood, was fined £700 plus £155 costs and was banned from driving for a year after driving without due care and attention on teh M25 between J17-16, failing to brake in time for slowing traffic and colliding with another vehicle.

Ned Connors: 19, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending and fined £800 plus £145 costs after driving without insurance or a licence in London Road, Welwyn, on September 20.

Kristine Picciuto: 38, of Beresford Road, St Albans, was fined £165 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding along 30mph Drakes Drive, St Albans, on December 2.

Mohammed Benabla: 61, of Swallow Lane, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay £76.67 vehicle excise duty for keeping an unlicensed vehicle in the road at Hall Place Gardens, St Albans, on March 23.

Elizabeth Bowman: of Margaret Avenue, St Albans, was fined £500 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay £150 vehicle excise back duty for keeping an unlicensed vehicle in the road at High Street, London Colney, on March 21.

Philip Daggett: 53, of Ridge Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and was awarded eight penalty points for driving without due care and attention and failing to stop after an accident in Tennyson Road, Harpenden, on December 11, and then not reporting it at a police station within 24 hours.

Benaissa El Amrouchi: 35, of Keswick Close, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £5.70 compensation and £140 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on March 5.

Alison Leeds: 45, of Fairfield Close, Radlett, was fined £500 plus £4.40 compensation and £170 costs for travelling on a railway without having previously paid her fare, en route near Radlett station on March 11.

Steven Geach: 28, of Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, was fined £400 plus £15.70 compensation and £160 costs for travelling on a railway without having previously paid his fare, en route near Harpenden station on February 19.

Roxanne Montgomery: 26, of Thirlstone Drive, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £14.10 compensation and £140 costs for travelling on a train without a valid ticket, en route near St Albans, on November 17.

Ashly Payne: 33, of Shirley Road, St Albans, was fined £60 plus 311.30 compensation and £105 costs after entering a train without a ticket at St Pancras on September 20.

Jarrad Van Damme: 20, of Spruce Way, St Albans, was made subject to a curfew for two months from 8pm-5am, and was ordered to pay £325 costs after being found in possession of three bags of cannabis and a Walther CP88 CO2 air pistol, in St Albans on June 9.

Robert Dunham: 45, of Balfour Court, Harpenden, was fined £50 plus £40 costs for failing to attend unpaid community work as instructed by magistrates on May 27.

Derek Moore: 28, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for 21 weeks and fined £260 after repeatedly breaching a restraining order in Borehamwood on April 24 and 28 and May 22, and in breach of a suspended sentence imposed on January 2.
