Hugh Docherty: 43, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was committed to prison for 24 weeks and ordered to pay £140 compensation after trespassing at World Buffet in Watford and stealing a red purse on June 24, and trespassing at Sandy Lodge Golf Club in Watford on June 26 and stealing a purse and its contents. He was also ordered to pay £180 costs and received a concurrent prison sentence after stealing £3,000 cash by trespassing at The Cock Inn pub in St Albans on June 29, trespassing at DDD Ltd in Watford on June 25, and breaching a community order imposed on September 16 in relation to tresspassing at AH Joinery in Tring on July 16 2014 and stealing a cash tin and its contents, stealing a charity box and change belonging to Macmillan Cancer Research in St Albans on March 25 2014, stealing a bottle of vodka worth £10.39 belonging to Lidl supermarket in Bedford on July 7 2014, breaching a community order imposed at Milton Keynes on November 28 in relation to driving while disqualified, and failing to provide a blood specimen in Milton Keynes on June 14 2014.

Simeon Dacre: 35, of Langley Grove, Sandridge, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £150 compensation and £280 costs after stealing cosmetics worth £150 from Boots in Hatfield on July 4 and meat worth £68.04 from Co-op in Hatfield on July 6.

Phillippa Havard: 54, of Hopkins Crescent, Sandridge, was committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £230 costs after stealing meat and other goods belonging to Tesco Extra in Beech Road, St Albans, on July 9.

Peter Fleming: 28, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was fined £75 plus £170 costs after making a threatening phone call in St Albans on June 30.

Aisha Naseer: 30, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £90 costs after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on the road at Harlesden Road, St Albans, on March 22.

Duncan Cohen: 23, of Vale Close, Harpenden, was fined £160 plus £280 costs after using or threatening unlawful violence towards other persons, in St Albans on May 9.

Janet Ypey: 59, of Burnside, St Albans, was given a 15 month conditional discharge, and ordered to pay £415 costs after assaulting a man by beating and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour at St Albans on April 21.

Samantha Harkness: 29, of High Street, London Colney, was fined £120 plus £105 costs and was awarded six penalty points for failing to reveal the identity of the motorist using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence, between November 27 and December 25.

Nina Oakes: 46, of Southdown Road, Harpenden, was fined £73 plus £105 costs and awarded five penalty points after speeding between 76-98mph on the 70mph M1 northbound between J8-9 on March 29.

Ben Williams: 39, of Hilldyke Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £600 plus £125 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving without an MOT, with a defective indicator light and with a worn tyre, in Stanborough Road, Welwyn Garden City, on March 6.

Gary Webster: 48, of Swallow Lane, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £105 costs after using a vehicle with a rear lamp that was not in good working order, in Bushey Mill Lane, Watford, on November 3.

Sidney Winson: 28, of Watling Street, Park Street, was fined 3100 plus £78 compensation and £105 costs after damaging a custody cell at Hatfield on April 5.

Emma Daly: 42, of Colnbrook Close, London Colney, was ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid community work and pay £635 costs after failing to notify St Albans district council of a change of circumstances affecting her entitlement to housing and council tax benefits, namely increased earnings from paid work, between October 22 2012 and September 21 2014.

Kayleigh Myring: 28, of Cedar Court, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid community work and pay £635 costs for failing to notify St Albans district council of a change of circumstances affecting her entitlement to housing benefit, namely that her partner was in receipt of increased income from paid work, between April 8 2013 and January 29 2015.

Samantha Hutley: 34, of Philmore Place, Radlett, was fined £400 plus £3.30 compensation and £165 costs after travelling on a railway without having previously paid her fare, at Elstree and Borehamwood station on March 20.

Thomas Hawkins: 20, of Cragg Avenue, Radlett, was fined £135 plus £24.70 compensation and £140 costs after travelling on a train near Radlett without a ticket, on March 18.

Gerrit Zell: 44, of Melbourne Close, St Albans, was fined £37 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between February 24 and March 25.

Jason Swan: 43, of Nicholls Close, Redbourn, was fined £200 plus £140 for using a television without a licence at the above address on January 31.

Corina O’Toole: 28, of Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, was fined £55 plus £140 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on March 20.

Fiona Macaulay: 47, of Singlets Lane, Flamstead, was fined £300 plus £150 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address between February 24 and March 25.

Natasha Leroux: 39, of Oysterfields, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £140 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on January 30.
