Henry Salvadori: 26, of Cedar Court, St Albans, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £110 plus £105 costs after giving a breath specimen of 56mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Hempstead Road, Watford, on January 18.

Daniel McLaughlin: 36, of Nicholls Close, Redbourn, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £360 plus £121 coss after giving a breath specimen of 65mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, on the Dunstable Road, Redbourn, on January 10.

David Medalyer: 66, of High Firs, Radlett, was fined £37 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 39mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street on August 27.

Neil Pearson: 50, of Rodney Avenue, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph Drakes Drive, St Albans, on August 1.

Allan Cole: 75, of The Grove, Radlett, was fined £300 plus £650 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph B462 Aldenham Road, Bushey, on January 7.

Anisoara Mitocaru: 22, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and was awarded six penalty points for speeding at 70mph on the M1 between J4-5 on August 17.

John Pearson: 61 of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, was fined £1,100 plus £125 costs for driving without a seat belt, with an obscured rear registration plate and with two inadequate tyres along Wilshere Avenue, St Albans, on July 9.

Jonathan Samuelson: 59, of Maytrees, Radlett, was fined £665 plus £151 costs and was awarded six penalty points for speeding in excess of 40mph along Gunnels Wood Road, Stevenage, on July 28.

Stephen Shepherd: 32, of Ely Road, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £125 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding in excess of 30mph along the B6426 Cavendish Road, Hatfield, on August 1.

David Speker: 71, of Williams Way, Radlett, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, on July 24.

Robert Ostler: 44, of College Road, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £125 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 41mph along the 30mph Colney Heath Lane, St Albans, on July 22.

Giovanni Spasiano: 27, of Sherwoods Rise, Harpenden, was fined £800 plus £145 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving without insurance and MOT along Drakes Drive, St Albans, on August 6.

Philip Whitworth: 41, of Azalea Close, London Colney, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and awarded six penalty points, for failing to disclose the identity of the driver using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence between July 25 and August 22.

Joseph Kentsley: 24, of Garden Cottages, Frogmore, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 40mph on the 30mph A1081 London Road, St Albans, on August 6.

Timothy Murphy: 51, of Crabtree Lane, Harpenden, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding in excess of the temporary 50mph restrictions on the M6 southbound at Swinford, on May 3.

Jordan Galloway: 23, of High Street, London Colney, was fined £60 plus £105 cost and awarded three penalty points for driving without a licence in Potters Bar High Street on August 7.

Gemma Ireland: 32, of Charrington Place, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 39mph along the 30mph A5183, south of Hawfield Gardens, Park Street, on August 1.

Patricia Fox: 55, of D’Ennis Court, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £125 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving without due care and attention in St Peter’s Street, St Albans, driving across the path of a cyclist and causing them to collide with her vehicle, causing slight injury. She failed to take up the offer of a driving alertness course.

Patricia Ewer: 72, of High Oaks, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £20 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to stop after an accident in the Costco car park, Watford, on September 1 and failing to report it to police afterwards, plus a further £40 and £100 costs for driving without care and attention at the same location and date.

Jal Want: 22, of Jodies Court, St Albans, was fined £90 plus £105 costs and awarded four penalty points for driving without due care and attention along London Road, St Albans, not wearing a seat belt, failing to stop his vehicle when instructed to do so by a uniformed police officer, driving a vehicle which did not have every stop lamp in working order, and with a cracked windscreen, all on December 13.

Neil Crosby: 35, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £105 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 51mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road at Hemel Hempstead, on August 5.

Billy Greaney: 20, of White Horse Lane, London Conley, was fined £280 plus £105 costs and was awarded six penalty points after driving without insurance on the M1 at Hemel Hempstead on January 18, and driving without due care and attention and then failing to stop when required to by a uniformed police officer at Airport Way, Luton, on the same date. He was also fined £80 for possession of a small amount of cannabis.

Mary Robinson: 45, of Roundfield Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £400 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph along the 30mph Lower Luton Road at Wheathampstead on August 12, and driving without a licence on the same date. She was also fined £300 plus £115 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 43mph along the Lower Luton Road on July 18.

Zoe Cooke: 41, of Longfield Road, Harpenden, was fined £400 plus £125 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 46mph along the 30mph Harpenden Road, St Albans, on August 7.

Michael Lambert: 51, of High Street, Markyate, was ordered to carry out 400 hours unpaid community work, pay £145 costs and was awarded six penalty points for driving while disqualified and without a licence in Fishery Road, Hemel Hempstead, on November 21.
