Pamela Couchman: 51, of Tassell Hall, Redbourn, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 fine and £100 costs for being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely St Peter’s Street, St Albans, on December 31, and being drunk and disorderly in Tassell Hall, Redbourn, on September 23.

John Witney: 51, of Wilshere Avenue, St Albans, was fined £37 plus £105 costs for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, in St Albans on December 31.

Julie Maloney: 28, of Laxton Gardens, Shenley, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for nine months, and pay £25 compensation plus £80 fine and £85 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Watford on July 14, assaulting a woman by beating, and assaulting two police constables in the execution of their duty on the same date.

Kenneth Jakeman: 40, of Green Lanes, St Albans, was ordered to participate in an education, training and employment programme for 25 days, carry out 60 hours unpaid community work and pay £145 costs for assualting a man by beating at St Albans on August 31.

Lianne Tyler: 22, of Hyde View Road, Harpenden, was fined £100 plus £30 compensation and £105 costs for carrying out an assault by beating in Harpenden on January 1.

Vittorio Giubba: 22, of The Ridgeway, St Albans, was made subject to a restraining order until January 15 2016, and fined £480 plus £125 costs for assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on December 22, and sending threatening Facebook messages the following day.

Garfield Clarke: 32, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £100 compensation and £470 costs for carrying out an assault by beating on a man in Harpenden on May 25.

Vivian Smith: 35, of Riverside Road, St Albans, was fined £160 plus £20 costs for carrying out an assault by beating on a woman at St Albans on January 3, and obstructing a police constable at Hatfield on the same date.

Jason Reynolds: 30, of Cobden Hill, Radlett, was fined £380 plus £105 costs for taking a vehicle without consent from Borehamwood, and driving without insurance or a licence, on December 12.

Hannah Peppett: 19, of Hyde View Road, Harpenden, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on July 17.

Steven See: 52, of Woodhall Lane, Shenley, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 39mph along the 30mph Shenley Road, Borehamwood, on July 8.

Jason Sasson: 45, of Cox Close, Shenley, was fined £35 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 39mph along the 30mph B5378 Allum Lane, Borehamwood, on July 6, and a further three points and £35 for speeding at 39mph along the 30mph B463 Aldenham road at Bushey on July 31.

Oliver Lynden: 23, of New Kent Road, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to dislose the identity of the driver using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, between October 3 and 31.

Royston Caesar: of Eleanor Avenue, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay £30 vehicle excise back duty for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on the road at Alban Avenue, St Albans, on October 20.

Zoe Jayne: 47, of Becketts Avenue, St Albans, was fined £365 plus £121 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding in excess of 30mph along Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on July 17.

Daniel Thomas: 21, of Sleaphyde Lane, Smallford, was fined £120 plus £105 costs, and was awarded three penalty points for driving without a seatbelt and with an insufficiently inflated tyre, in Comet Way, Hatfield, on June 20.

Martin Williams: of Stanley Avenue, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay £30 vehicle excise back duty for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on the road at Grove Road, Stevenage, on October 20.

Jason Herd: of Nightingale Lane, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay £36.25 vehicle excise back duty for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on the road at Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, on October 21.

Gloughin Motors: of Admirals Close, Colney Heath, was fined £200 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay £23.34 vehicle excise back duty for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on the road at Admirals Close, Colney Heath, on September 22.

Martyn Dawe: 31, of South Close, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay £57.50 vehicle excise back duty for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on the road at Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, on October 21.

Thomas Kee: 21, of Kingshill Avenue, St Albans, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £225 plus £107 costs after giving a breath specimen of 55mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, at the A1(M) Hatfield Tunnel on December 20.
