Eli Stapleton: 21, of Richard Stagg Close, St Albans, was given a conditional discharge of 24 months and ordered to pay £100 costs and £175 compensation for five separate counts of assault in St Albans on September 13.

Charnelle Georgestone: 22, of Park Street, St Albans, was fined £73 plus £105 costs for assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty at Hatfield on November 19.

Emille Stapleton: 19, of Swallow Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 costs for carrying out an assault in St Albans on November 21, and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on the same date.

Bernard Doherty: 29, of How Wood, Park Street, was fined £225 plus £100 compensation and £120 after carrying out two assaults at Park Street on July 25.

Hor Lim: 60, of Old Sopwell Gardens, St Albans, was given a 24 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £100 costs for carrying out an assault by beating in St Albans on November 30.

Victoria Clifford: 26, of Newcombe Road, Shenley, was fined £55 plus £105 costs for stealing a Phillips electric razor worth £179.99 from Boots in St Albans on February 15 2014.

Stefan Jakeman: 24, of Nuns Lane, St Albans, was committed to prison for two weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £131 compensation and £250 costs after stealing meat products worth £63.13 from the Co-op in St Albans on October 28, and meat from London Colney Co-op on November 6.

Janine Brooks: 25, of Bardwell Court, St Albans, was committed to prison for 28 days suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £165 costs and was banned from entering Boots and New Look at London Colney after stealing £129.86 worth of clothing from New Look and a perfume gift set worth £49.50 from Boots, both in London Colney, on December 4.

Andrew Niven: 36, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was ordered to carry out 60 hours unpaid community work, pay £100 compensation and £100 costs after stealing £100 cash in Radlett on November 14.

Paul Housden: 45, of Five Acres, London Colney, was placed under a curfew for 12 weeks from 7pm-7am and ordered to pay £160 costs after stealing meat worth £126 from Marks & Spencer at London Colney on July 26.

Salim Khatib: 30, of Halsey Park, London Colney, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £750 plus £695 costs after refusing to provide a breath specimen at Hatfield on August 15.

Afzal Kabir: 22, of Thirlmere Drive, St Albans, was ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, and was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £175 plus £145 costs after giving a breath specimen of 94mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Camp Road, St Albans, on October 13.

Syed Hussain: 34, of Lavender Crescent, St Albans, was committed to prison for four months suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for 50 months, and ordered to pay £500 compensation and £165 costs after giving a breath specimen of 115mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, in Melrose Place, Watford, on October 30.

Georgina Graham: 27, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £110 plus £20 costs after giving a breath specimen of 59mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, at Drakes Drive, St Albans, on November 13.

Guy Lewis: 40, of Abbots Park, St Albans, was banned from driving for 51 months, ordered to participate in a drink impaired drivers programme for 24 days, carry out 80 hours unpaid community work, and pay £145 costs after giving a breath specimen of 92mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, at Bell Lane in St Albans on November 20.

Daniel Tavernier: 33, of The Uplands, Bricket Wood, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for nine months, placed under a curfew from 10pm-6am daily for 12 weeks, and fined £165 plus eight penalty points, for driving while disqualified and without insurance in Lattimore Road, St Albans, on September 28.

Christian Waters: 61, of Shenleybury, Shenley, was fined £300 plus £105 costs for driving without an MOT or tax disc along Shenleybury, on June 15.

Joan Farr: 46, of Laxton Gardens, Shenley, was fined £400 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding in excess of 30mph along Porters Park Drive, Shenley, and without a licence, on June 9.

Rezaul Choudhury: 43, of Drakes Drive, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 54mph along the 40mph Hatfield Road, St Albans, on June 14.

Jonathan Millbank: 47, of Kirkwick Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £400 plus £125 costs and awarded six penalty points after speeding at 52mph along 30mph Croxley Green on June 13.

Sarah Boyce: 40, of The Mall, Park Street, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 39mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, St Albans, on May 26.

Jeremy Davis: 36, of Elm Walk, Radlett, was fined £380 plus £123 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding in excess of 40mph along the A41 North Western Avenue, Watford, on May 3.

Susan Morgan: 50, of Hornbeams, Bricket Wood, was fined £255 plus £111 costs and awarded six penalty points after speeding along the 40mph A405 Trunk Road at Watford on May 31.

Ali Ibrar: 43, of Sleapshyde Lane, Smallford, was fined £200 plus £105 costs for causing an obstruction of Oaklands Lane, Smallford, with his vehicle on June 6.

Paul Glanville: 34, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding in excess of 30mph along the A5183 Park Street on April 23.
