A round up of the latest court results from the Herts Advertiser.

Nicolas Szymczak: 58, of Floral Drive, London Colney, was fined £500 plus £135 costs and banned from driving for 19 months after giving a breath specimen of 72mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in St Michael’s Street, St Albans, on October 24.

Peter Lark: 54, of Cutmore Drive, Colney Heath, was fined £450 plus £195 costs and was banned from driving for 14 months after giving a breath specimen of 51mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, on the A1001 Comet Way at Hatfield on April 16.

Elliot Kay-Jessop: 24, of Hornbeams, Bricket Wood, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £270 plus £109 costs after giving a urine specimen of 132ml of alcohol in 100ml of urine, in Bricket Road, St Albans, on September 20.

Bharat Ganatra: 50, of Farm Crescent, Napsbury Park, was banned from driving for 13 months and fined £200 plus £105 costs after givign a breath specimen of 51mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in St Stephen’s Hill, St Albans, on October 18.

Melissa Corley: 35, of Caesars Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £200 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between February 20 and March 21.

Andrew Henderson: 45, of Tassell Hall, Redbourn, was fined £37 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between February 20 and March 21.

Linda Brine: 39, of Collyer Road, London Colney, was fined £400 plus £160 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on June 3.

Kudzai Mukwenya: 18, of Norris Close, London Colney, was fined £37 plus £70 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on June 4.

Daniella Chalkley: 23 of Alder Close, Park Street, was fined £200 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between May 20 and June 4.

Mia Charran: 43, of Lawrence Road, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £160 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between June 23 and July 24.

Susanna Kiff: 40, of Masefield Road, Harpenden, was fined £85 plus £70 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on March 17.

Lisa Sandiford: 33, of Watson Avenue, St Albans, was fined £500 plus £170 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between July 13-24.

Danielle Evangelou: 23, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on February 17.

Gregory Thomas: 52, of Drakes Drive, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and fined £100 for breaching a non-molestation order imposted by Watford County Court on January 19 2012, on October 3 at St Albans.

Darren Wright: 36, of Bricket Road St Albans, was ordered to participate in a General Offending Behaviour programme for 30 days and was fined £95 for breaching a non-molestation order imposted by Watford County Court on January 17 2014, and texting, emailing and contacting the subject of the order between January-September 2014, pursuing a course of conduct that amounted to harassment because of the large numbers of occasionally abusive and insulting text messages and emails.

Neil Raines: 44, of Dammersey Close, Markyate, was made subject to a curfew for 12 weeks from 8pm-8am daily, and ordered to pay £840 costs for causing unnecessary suffering to a cat by failing to explore and address its weight loss, and provide it with a hygienic environment to live, between May 20-27, failing to provide a hygienic environment for a dog to live and providing it with a suitable diet between May 24-27, and providing tortoises with a suitable environment with adequate UV light and/or heat bwtween the same dates, all at the above address.

Dumitru Cojocaru: 28, of Camp Road, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and was awarded six penalty points for driving without insurance at Crop Common, Hatfield, on April 18.

Aaron Robinson: 26, of Richard Stagg Close, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance along Tempsford Avenue, Borehamwood, on March 21.

Joanne Justin: 42, of Azalea Close, London Colney, was fined £200 plus £20 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding in excess of 30mph along Black Lion Hill, Shenley, on April 19.

Anthony Moran: 58, of Drakes Drive, St Albans, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 24 months, banned from driving for 46 months, and fined £165, after driving while disqualified and without insurance in Brick Knoll Park, St Albans, on September 24.
