Samantha Vangeen: 39, of St Lawrence Way, Bricket Wood, was fined £115 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, on March 5.

John blackman: 59, of Manor Road, London Colney, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 58mph between J23-24 of the M25 when a 50mph temporary speed limit was in place on March 8.

PETER HAYES: 37, of St John’s Court, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months and fined £550 plus £140 costs after driving without insurance on the A1081 Chequer Street, St Albans, on March 1.

WAYNE SWEETING: 45, of Ashridge Drive, Bricket Wood, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph Prestwick Road, South Oxhey, on March 8.

Michael Lambert: 50, of High Street, Markyate, was fined £185 plus £105 costs and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending after speeding at 59mph between J23-24 of the M25 when a 50mph temporary speed limit was in place on February 16.

KAREN REICHENTAL: 49, of Mansdale Road, Redbourn, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A5183 at Frogmore on March 7.

NITIN JASANI: 66, of Homestead Close, Park Street, was fined £40 plus £105 costs and and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 60mph between J23-24 of the M25 when a 50mph temporary speed limit was in place on February 16.

DAVID HORNBY: 50, of Hall Place Gardens, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 58mph between J23-24 of the M25 when a 50mph temporary speed limit was in place on February 16.

Julie Vandoorn: 51, of Waterside, London Colney, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving at 36mph along the 30mph B556 Mutton Lane at Potters Bar on March 27.

George Barrett: 53, of Beeching Close, Harpenden, was fined £600 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £336.67 plus £90 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on the road at St Albans Road, Harpenden, on May 29.

Ray Curtis: 53, of Hopkins Crescent, Sandridge, was fined £200 plus £55.84 vehicle excise back duty and £45 costs after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on the road at the above address on May 29.

Wayne Featherstone: 41, of Creighton Avenue, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £20 costs for breaching a restraining order imposed on July 1 2013, at Harpenden between August 1 and September 20.

John Gumble: 26, of Francis Avenue, St Albans, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £165 costs after telephoning a woman in St Albans on August 17 and threatening to kill her, and damaging a front door on the same date.

Gavin Curragh: 32, of Spencer Street, St Albans, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £165 costs after stealing assorted cosmetic items worth £123.40 belonging to Boots in St Albans on September 9.

JANINE BROOKS: 25, of Bardwell Court, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £105 costs after stealing a £35 duvet set from Matalan in St Albans on September 17.

Yolanda Frederick: 27, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £110 plus £330 costs for assaulting a detention officer acting in the execution of her duty, at Hatfield on July 10.

Karla Sutherland: 25, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discuarge and fined £65 for assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty at Hatfield on September 13.

HARRY WYSE: 27, of Bell Lane, London Colney, was ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid community work, have treatment for alcohol dependency, and pay costs of £85, after assaulting a woman by beating in London Colney on September 2. He was fined a further £120 and ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid community work for damaging a Kia car and breaching a restraining order at Bushey on August 27.

Tracy Hart: 35, was fined £50 plus £105 costs for stealing a bottle of milk and a bottle of cider worth £3.84 from Tesco Express in St Albans on September 10, and fined £100 plus £150 compensation for assaulting a man by beating on the same date.

NICHOLAS LARKIN: 25, of London Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for 12 weeks, ordered to pay £100 compensation and made subject of a restraining order until September 28 2015 for assaulting a man by beating in Hemel Hempstead on October 7.

NICK ROSS: 43, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was given a conditional discharge of 24 months, and ordered to pay £20 compensation and £100 costs for assaulting a woman by beating on August 12.
