JAMES FLAVIN: 35, of Gills Hill Lane, Radlett, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, Rickmansworth, on December 23.

AMRITPAL SINGH: 43, of Watling Street, St Albans, was fined £300 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 39mph along the 30mph Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on March 9.

JOSEPH GEE: 34, of Harness Way, St Albans, was fined £535 plus £354 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding in excess of 70mph between J4-5 of the M1 at Watford on October 2 2013.

AHBAB ALI: 29, of Halsey Park, London Colney, was fined £600 plus £105 costs for driving without a seatbelt, without an MOT and without a tax disc, on the M25 between J21-22, St Albans, on March 18.

DAVID BATES: 36, of Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 48mph along the 40mph A1057 Hatfield Road, St Albans, on March 15.

JAMAL SIBANDA: 25, of Aysgarth Close, Harpenden, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £4.90 compensation after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on July 5, a further £220 fine, £7.20 compensation and £140 costs at Elstree and Borehamwood station on July 3, and another £200 fine and £6.70 compensation at St Albans station on July 8.

STEPHEN REILLY: 20, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £200 plus £6.70 compensation and £140 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Radlett station on July 5.

PAWEL BUDKA: 20, of Frobisher Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £11.30 compensation and £140 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on July 6.

ROBERT CABALA: 29, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £200 plus £3.20 compensation and £140 costs for travelling on a train without a ticket at Radlett on July 5.

JOHN MOORE: 32, of Gillshill, Radlett, was fined £200 plus £6.70 compensation and £140 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Radlett station on July 5.

LEE REES: 29, of Pemberton Close, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £4.90 compensation and £140 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on June 28.

SHABAZ FARID: 21, of Longfield Road, Harpenden, was fined £120 plus £105 costs after being found in possession of 23 individual bags of cannabis in Harpenden on April 22.

CHRISTOPHER DICKER: 32, of Grove Road, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between February 17 and March 18.
