PUBLIC ORDER OFFENCES

Dean Corner: 41, of Orchard Close, Radlett, was fined £335 plus £118 for harassment in Radlett on June 6 in breach of a restraining order imposed on November 28 2013.

Julian Whish: 41, of High Oaks, St albans, was fined £150 plus £50 compensation and £220 costs after causing harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, in St Albans on May 30.

Jamal Rattab: 34, of The Berries, Sandridge, was fined £95 plus £105 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, thereby causing another person harassment, alarm or distress, and resisting a police constable in the execution of her duty, in St Albans on August 14.

Miroslaw Bracichowicz: 53, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £105 costs after being found drunk in a public place, namely London Road, St Albans, on April 29.

Matthew Thirlwell: 43, of High Street, London Colney, was fined £95 and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £105 costs after assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty at South Mimms on August 25.

ASSAULT

Nicholas Farmer: 22, of Tudor Road, St Albans, was fined £180 plus £100 compensation and £640 costs after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on May 24.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Faddom Whish: 21, of Hilldyke Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £92 plus £250 compensation and £65 costs after damaging the toilet door and frame of East Lane public toilets, Wheathampstead, on June 13, and a further £73 for being in possession of a small wrap of herbal cannabis.

Troy Williams: 22, of Tennyson Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £100 costs after destroying the front passenger window of a Vauxhall Zafira at Park Street on August 26.

DRINK DRIVING

Gabriel Francois: 32, of Shenleybury Cottages, Shenley, was ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid community work, was banned from driving for two years, and must pay costs of £145 after giving a breath specimen of 98mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, at Mile House Lane, St Albans, on August 19.

Thabani Moyo: 51, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, carry out 150 hours unpaid community work, and pay costs of £560 after giving a breath specimen of 103mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Sandpit Lane, St Albans, on June 14.

Anthony Earley: 50, of The Uplands, Harpenden, was fined £560 plus £140 costs and was banned from driving for 17 months after giving a breath specimen of 64mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Barton Road, Wheathampstead, on September 7.

MOTORING OFFENCES

Jamie Gelacio: 20, of Reed Close, London Colney, was fined £800 plus £145 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without a licence or insurance in Caledon Road, London Colney, on February 7.

Alan Zsibrita: 52, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was fined £600 plus £310 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving without insurance in Kingsfield Road, Watford, on February 12.

Paula Castanyo: 65, of White Horse Lane, London Colney, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A119 Ware Road, Hertford, on February 23.

Robert Dunham: 44, of Loire Mews, Harpenden, was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £210 plus £105 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance at East Hyde, Harpenden, on February 1 and Loire Mews, Harpenden, on February 7.

Kate Nicol: 45, of Lybury Lane, Redbourn, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph along the 30mph A4147 Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on February 16.

Billy Watts: 30, of Broadley Gardens, Shenley, was fined £37 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 58mph between J23-27 of the M25 when there was a 50mph temporary speed limit in place on February 21.

Gareth Spooner: 47, of Westfield Road, Harpenden, was fined £115 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph London Road, Bushey, on February 22.

Hayley Bennett: 37, of Harness Way, St Albans, was fined £146 plus £105 costs and was awarded six penalty points for permitting her vehicle to be driven in Gordons Close, St Albans, by someone without a licence or insurance, on April 26.

John Feast: 62, of Appspond Lane, Potters Crouch, was fined £50 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A4147 Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on March 1.
