Thomas Forrester: 27, of Old Watling Street, Flamstead, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £250 plus £260 costs after giving a blood specimen of 93mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, in Mile House Lane, St Albans, on October 5.

Roy Stallard: 35, of Alder Close, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £255 costs after being drunk and disorderly in Catherine Street, St Albans, on November 6.

Leanne Tyler: 23, of Westfield Road, Harpenden, was fined £30 plus £170 costs, for being drunk and disorderly in Westfield Road on October 29.

Zulfiqar Ali: 47, of Sleapshyde Lane, Smallford, was fined £160 plus £179 compensation and £255 costs for damaging a television and assaulting a woman by beating at St Albans on November 6.

Vittorio Giubba: 23, of The Ridgeway, St Albans, was made subject of a restraining order lasting until May 12 2016, must carry out 120 hours unpaid community work, and must pay £710 costs for harassing and pestering a man in St Albans between January 17 and April 18, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on January 16.

Andrew Niven: 37, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was fined £80 plus £510 costs after using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, at Radlett on October 10.

Benjamin Quinn: 27, of Maynard Drive, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid community work, was made subject of a restraining order lasting until November 11 2017, and was ordered to pay £100 compensation and £295 costs after assaulting a woman by beating in St Albans on September 6. He was ordered to carry out a further 40 hours and pay an additional £85 costs for sending a text message that was grossing offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character, in St Albans on October 17.

Hakim Mefai: 26, of North Avenue, Shenley, was fined £100 plus £105 costs for driving without a seat belt in Theobald Street, Borehamwood, on March 27.

Rahul Ramanuj: 30, of The Lawns, Shenley, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offendng and fined £250 plus £260 costs for driving without due care and attention in Aldenham Road, Radlett, on May 7.

Peter Davies: 55, of Meadway, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £255 costs and awarded four penalty points after driving without due care and attention in Camp Road, St Albans, on May 20.

Lauren Fagan: 24, of Station Road, Harpenden, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and was fined £660 plus £151 costs after failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at St Albans between February 27 and March 27.

Zohirul Islam: 25, of Woodland Drive, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £160 plus £255 costs after driving without insurance and a licence on the A1081 High Street, Harpenden, on May 7.

Goran Aram: 20, of Allen Close, Shenley, was fined £220 plus £107 costs for driving a vehicle where the front registration mark did not conform with the regulations of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994, in Radlett on April 2.

Peter Gilkes: 45, of Pickford Hill, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 36mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on April 2.

Zaidi Ammeer: 30, of Cotswold Close, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on April 6.

Adam Velleman: 33, of Cobden Hill, Radlett, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A411 High Street, Bushey, on April 6.

Thomas Carey: 34, of Netherway, St Albans, was banned from driving for four months due to repeat offending, and fined £147 plus £105 costs after speeding at 38mph along the 30mph Watford Road, north of Laburnam Grove, Chiswell Green, on March 17.

John Kaffash: 49, of Shenley Hill, Radlett, was fined £165 plus £105 costs and was awarded three penalty points after speeding on the 30mph B556 Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, on March 29.

Martin White: 46, of Mortimer Crescent, St Albans, was fined £333 plus £118 costs and awarded five penalty points after speeding in excess of 30mph along the A5183 Frogmore, St Albans, on March 11.

Paul Downey: 51, of Arden Grove, Harpenden, was fined £40 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 39mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on April 7.

Sarah Pooya: 40, of Common Lane, Radlett, was fined £110 plus £320 costs and was awarded six penalty points after speeding at 72mph along the M25 between J18-17 when a 50mph speed limit was in place on February 20.

Peter Worthington: 47, of Buttermere Close, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph along the 30mph A1000 Broadwater Road, Welwyn Garden City, on April 2.

Anthony Broughton: 69, of Kingfisher Close, Wheathampstead, was fined £147 plus £255 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on April 13.
